Pengaruh Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, Dukungan Dosen, Fasilitas Kampus, dan Kedisplinan Diri Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Mahasiswa Fakultas Bisnis dan Informatika The Influence Of Peer Environment, Lecturer Support, Campus Facilities, and Self-Discipline On Student Achievement Motivation In The Faculty Of Business and Informatics

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital dan persaingan global menuntut mahasiswa tidak hanya sekadar lulus, tetapi juga memiliki motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi agar mampu bersaing di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya, dukungan dosen, fasilitas kampus, dan kedisiplinan diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa Fakultas Bisnis dan Informatika. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa aktif program reguler yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis varians melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan teman sebaya, dukungan dosen, dan kedisiplinan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, sedangkan fasilitas kampus tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarti. Kedisiplinan diri menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi, diikuti oleh dukungan dosen dan lingkungan teman sebaya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan karakter disiplin, peningkatan kualitas interaksi akademik, dan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung proses belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap upaya pengembangan strategi peningkatan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa serta dapat menjadi landasan dalam perumusan kebijakan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di lingkungan Fakultas Bisnis dan Informatika.
