Model Struktural Prediktif Kinerja Adaptif dan Study–Life Balance: Peran Kapabilitas Strategis Dinamis dengan Bapukung sebagai Sumber Daya Kultural Structural Predictive Model of Adaptive Performance and Study–Life Balance The Role of Dynamic Strategic Capabilities with Bapukung as a Cultural Resource

Abstract
Transisi memasuki lingkungan pendidikan tinggi sering memicu tekanan akademik yang menuntut kinerja adaptif dan keseimbangan antara studi dengan kehidupan pribadi yang optimal. Di tengah tantangan modernisasi, nilai kearifan lokal Bapukung memiliki potensi strategis sebagai sumber daya internal manajemen diri yang sering terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model struktural prediktif guna menjelaskan mekanisme mediasi kapabilitas strategis dinamis dalam hubungan antara afiliasi budaya dengan hasil kinerja mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 81 mahasiswi baru di Kalimantan Selatan dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Regularized Structural Equation Modeling dengan penalti Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator. Pendekatan statistika ini diterapkan untuk melakukan seleksi variabel simultan guna menghasilkan estimasi parameter yang presisi pada ukuran sampel terbatas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa afiliasi budaya secara signifikan membangun kapabilitas mengenali peluang, memanfaatkan peluang, dan menata ulang sumber daya. Temuan krusial dari seleksi model mengungkapkan spesialisasi peran yang unik, di mana kinerja adaptif ditentukan secara dominan oleh kemampuan menata ulang strategi, sedangkan keseimbangan studi-kehidupan ditentukan secara eksklusif oleh kemampuan memanfaatkan peluang atau eksekusi keputusan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya lokal berfungsi sebagai fondasi vital bagi pembentukan kompetensi manajemen diri modern, di mana fleksibilitas mental menjadi kunci prestasi akademik dan ketegasan bertindak menjadi penentu kesejahteraan hidup.
