This study uses panel data from 55 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014 to 2021. This study uses a random effect regression analysis technique to test the hypothesis, the results of this study are the variables gender diversity, board size and board independence and profitability affect leverage significantly, for corporate governance variables, namely gender diversity has a negative effect on leverage, board size has a positive effect, board independence has a positive effect and the company's characteristic variable, namely profitability, has a negative effect on leverage. Sehingga pada proses ini masyarakat masih mengacu pada tradisi yang telah menjadi pengontrol pada setiap aktivitas pembukaan dan pengelolaan lahan untuk pertanian masyarakat, serta tindakan dan aturan hukum masyarakat adat juga masih digunakan dalam hal kasus pembakaran lahan.</p> <p>Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi peneliti tentang implementasi kearifan lokal dalam penegakan hukum positif Indonesia terhadap Pembakaran hutan dan lahan di Kalimantan Tengah. Data survei yang berasal dari penelitian ini akan berkontribusi pada peraturan-peraturan pemerintah di Kalimantan Tengah. This difficulty is more pronounced in remote areas, such as what happened at SD Negeri 3 MayongLor, Jepara. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) launched the Class 6 Teaching Campus Program to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of students in these schools. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing playing techniques, with a focus on improving students' literacy and numeracy skills and knowing the advantages and disadvantages of playing techniques in the Class 6 Teaching Campus program at SD Negeri 3 MayongLor. The research method used was quantitative and qualitative, involving 30 students as research subjects. Data was collected through observations, questionnaires, tests and documentation during the three months of program implementation. (2) Mendeskripsikan hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT se-Kalimantan Tengah. (3) Mendeskripsikan kendala pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT se-Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan siswa, serta kepala sekolah sebagai informan. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan koleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT se-Kalimantan Tengah sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam yakni sejak kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. (2) Hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP IT se-Kalimantan Tengah dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 200 orang yakni mahasiswa UMPR yang menempuh&nbsp;kuliah semester 3, 5 dan 7 tahun tahun akademik &nbsp;&nbsp;2023/2024, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 102 Orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik <em>proposional non random sampling</em>. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner berupa angket tertutup dengan jumlah item pernyataan 37 butir dengan koefisien reliabilitas X1&nbsp;sebesar 0.870 (reliabel) , X2&nbsp;sebesar 0.930 (reliabel) dan Y&nbsp;sebesar 0.879 (reliabel)&nbsp;dengan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah <em>regresi &nbsp;linier berganda</em>.</p> <p>Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1). Ihsan Ramadhani Adetya@uvayabjm.ac.id <p><em>This research aims to determine (1) the implementation of extracurricular activities and (2) the role of extracurricular activities in shaping students' social skills and achievements at SDN Keliling Benteng Ulu 2. The research method used a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results show that students' social skills can be developed through Pramuka and Jumat Taqwa activities. These extracurricular activities positively influence students' social skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. Furthermore, some students who have won school or regional competitions are those who are active in Pramuka extracurricular activities. This research emphasizes the importance of schools and teachers in providing a variety of extracurricular opportunities to meet the diverse interests and abilities of students. Learning through the environment is one of the effective ways to improve students' understanding, skills, and attitudes. Kelulut beekeeping in Tahura Sultan Adam Mandiangin is one of the environments that can be used as a source of IPS learning. This study aims to determine how kelulut beekeeping in Tahura Sultan Adam Mandiangin can be used as a source of IPS learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation.
