https://journal.umpr.ac.id/index.php/anterior/article/view/9726

Media use in learning has become an integral part of the modern education landscape. Despite the continuous advancements in educational technology, the effectiveness of learning media remains significantly determined by the pedagogical approach employed. One relevant and potentially impactful approach for optimizing media utilization is social constructivism, developed by Lev Vygotsky. This approach emphasizes that learning occurs through social interaction, supported by more competent individuals through the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) concepts and scaffolding. This study analyzes how learning media can be effectively integrated through Vygotsky's constructivist approach. The method employed in this research is library research, which reviews various theoretical sources and relevant prior research findings. The results of the review indicate that integrating media based on social constructivism can enhance student engagement, foster collaborative interaction, and strengthen the knowledge construction process. Thus, utilizing media aligned with the principles of Vygotsky's constructivism is a crucial strategy in creating meaningful and contextual learning experiences.
Abdul AzisMasdar HilmyDesi Erawati

The Palangka Raya Muhammadiyah Student Association Branch Leadership experienced a gap in management since the 2023-2024 academic year. During the transition to the 2024-2025 period, the journey experienced changes. The prominent changes seen in the quantity and quality of members created a gap in running the organization, so that it became passive in the movement, resulting in a decrease in interest in cadre formation to become leaders who will manage in the 2024-2025 period. The study aims to analyze organizational communication in cadre formation between administrators and PC IMM Palangka Raya members. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation, with data validation techniques using triangulation. The informants were selected based on the author's view that the informant had knowledge and information regarding the problem the author was researching. The study results indicate that communication in the cadre formation in PC IMM Palangka Raya is internal and external. Where this form of internal communication provides freedom to convey information both from leaders to administrators, administrators to leaders, members to administrators, and members to leaders, while external communication is centered on PC IMM Palangka Raya as a forum for aspirations to convey between other commissariats according to the scope of the organization's duties. The cadre formation system in PC IMM Palangka Raya applies formal and informal cadre formation. However, the process by their administrators and representatives from each commissariat differs in developing members according to the organization's focus areas.
Aldi FirdausAminah Swarnawati

The implementation of Agile Governance in developing Integrity Zones (ZI) represents a new strategy in higher education bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. This approach emphasizes responsiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement in institutional governance. However, its success greatly depends on campus social dynamics, particularly how the academic community receives, understands, and executes policies. This article aims to critically examine the social environment's response to implementing Agile Governance within the context of ZI and analyze the relationship between structural policies and organizational culture. This study employs a document analysis method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, focusing on reviewing policy documents, implementation guidelines, and execution reports of ZI and Agile Governance at several Indonesian universities. The findings indicate that successful governance transformation is not solely determined by administrative completeness but is also significantly influenced by the active participation of the academic community, digital technology readiness, and institutional capacity to overcome cultural resistance. Integrating local values, transformative leadership, and institutionalized reflection mechanisms are key factors in internalizing integrity values and agile principles. This article recommends strengthening value-based governance models, enhancing institutional adaptive capacity, and developing participatory ecosystems as core strategies to achieve successful bureaucratic reform in universities through the Agile Governance approach.
Evi Nadhifah PrihatiniMayarni MayarniHasim As'ariZulkarnaini ZulkarnainiEka Desiarti

The problem of beggars in Palangka Raya City is one of the complex social issues, reflecting social inequality and the failure of an inclusive social protection system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the implementation of the social rehabilitation program run by the Palangka Raya City Social Service to deal with beggars. This study collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation from various informants, including Social Service employees, social assistants, and beggars who had participated in the program. The study results indicate that the social rehabilitation program, which includes data collection, mental coaching, skills training, and social assistance, still faces various obstacles. The main challenges are low participation of beggars, limited rehabilitation facilities, a limited number of social assistants, and difficulties in social reintegration. In addition, the skills training provided is not fully practical due to limited job opportunities and post-rehabilitation support. However, some beggars have successfully undergone rehabilitation and live independently. This study recommends improvements in the capacity of rehabilitation facilities, the number of social assistants, a more holistic approach, and stronger economic empowerment to increase the program's effectiveness. It is hoped that with these steps, the social rehabilitation program can significantly impact beggars in Palangka Raya City.
Fitriani FitrianiMita SariArafat Arafat
