Studi ini didorong oleh kesadaran bahwa literasi digital merupakan prasyarat penting bagi keberhasilan akademis dan kesiapan kerja di era saat ini, namun terdapat potensi signifikan dalam pengalaman mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengidentifikasi (1) bagaimana mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas memandang tingkat aksesibilitas infrastruktur dan konten digital yang disediakan oleh perguruan tinggi mereka, dan (2) tantangan spesifik apa yang mereka hadapi saat berupaya meningkatkan keterampilan digital yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kritis bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam merancang kebijakan dan program inklusif yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan beragam mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus multilocale. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) semi-terstruktur dengan sejumlah informan kunci yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dengan berbagai jenis disabilitas (misalnya, tunanetra, tunarungu, dan disabilitas fisik) yang terdaftar di beberapa perguruan tinggi inklusif di Indonesia. Selain wawancara, observasi partisipatif terbatas terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital dalam konteks perkuliahan, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan aksesibilitas digital kampus, juga dilakukan untuk triangulasi data. Data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola, kategori, dan tema sentral yang muncul dari narasi pengalaman informan. Pendekatan etik dan kerahasiaan informan dijaga ketat selama seluruh proses penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa, meskipun telah ada upaya formalisasi aksesibilitas di beberapa kampus, terdapat diskrepansi yang signifikan antara kebijakan dan implementasi praktisnya. Secara umum, siswa penyandang disabilitas memiliki persepsi positif mengenai pentingnya keterampilan digital untuk masa depan, tetapi mereka melaporkan tantangan aksesibilitas yang kompleks. Temuan utama menunjukkan tantangan yang meliputi: (1) Kurangnya dukungan perangkat lunak dan keras yang kompatibel dengan teknologi asistif mereka, (2) Keterbatasan materi pembelajaran digital yang tidak ramah penyandang disabilitas (misalnya, tidak adanya alt text pada gambar atau subtitle pada video), dan (3) Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kepedulian dari sebagian besar staf pengajar dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi secara inklusif. This study aims to perform a systematic comparative evaluation between Convolutional Neural Network (ResNet-50) and Vision Transformer (ViT-B/16) architectures in handling these challenges under limited data scenarios. The research utilizes a specific subset of the CASIA-HWDB1.1 dataset, consisting of 10 fine-grained character classes selected for their visual similarity. To ensure robust evaluation a 5-Fold Cross-Validation method was employed across five experimental scenarios (Baseline, Geometric, Elastic Transform, Random Erasing, and CutMix). Experimental results demonstrate that ResNet-50 consistently outperformed ViT-B/16 in terms of accuracy and stability. The highest performance was achieved by ResNet-50 using Elastic Transform augmentation with a test accuracy of 90.52%, whereas the best performance for ViT-B/16 was achieved using Random Erasing at 88.69%. The study also reveals that ViT exhibits higher performance variability compared to CNN. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses bimbingan dan membantu mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil skripsi dan dosen juga tetap bisa mengoreksi skripsi mahasiswa, sehingga proses bimbingan berjalan lancar hingga selesai. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga membantu dosen dalam memantau mahasiswa dalam melakukan bimbingan.&nbsp;</p> <p>Metode-metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi metode pengumpulan data <em>observasi</em>, <em>interview</em> (wawancara), dan studi pustaka, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model <em>waterfall</em>, metode pengujian perangkat lunak menggunakan <em>Black Box Testing</em> dan metode untuk kelemahan sistem menggunakan metode <em>PIECES</em>.</p> <p>Dalam implementasi sebuah Aplikasi Monitoring Bimbingan Skripsi Pada program studi ilmu komputer Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Berbasis <em>Web</em> serta telah berhasil dilakukan pengujian terhadap hasil implementasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&amp;D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang sistematis dan terstruktur.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari penilaian validasi oleh ahli materi dalam aspek Kurikulum berpresentase 100%, aspek materi berpresentase 80%, aspek Keabsahan berpresentase 80%. Kemudian, validasi oleh ahli Media pada aspek Desain berpresentase 90%, aspek Materi berpresentase 66,6% dan pada aspek Ketepatan dan Kejelasan berpresentase 100%, ahli bahasa menunjukan rata rata presentase sebesar 100%, serta dari penilaian validasi oleh Pendidik, pada aspek Tujuan berpresentase 80%, aspek Strategi berpresentase 88% dan aspek Evaluasi Perkembangan Peserta Didik berpresentase 100%. Hasil uji kemenarikan media komik ini dapat dilihat dari angket respon peserta didik yang sudah dibagikan dengan percobaan kelas kecil dengan 7 peserta didik berpresentase rata-rata 82% dengan kriteria “ Sangat Kuat” dengan skor penilaian rata rata presentase 84,3% dan pada kelas besar berjumlah 15 siswa berpersentase 85,3%. This study identifies a gap in previous studies, which rarely combine technological proficiency and spiritual ethics in influencing sustainable economic behavior among the younger generation. A quantitative approach was used to collect data through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z participants in Palangka Raya City. This study examined three variables, namely digital literacy, Islamic spiritual values, and green economic behavior. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationship between variables. The results indicate that digital literacy and Islamic spiritual values significantly and positively influence green economic behavior. Digital literacy increases awareness and encourages responsible decision-making regarding the environment, while Islamic spiritual values strengthen moral and ethical motivation towards sustainability. These findings emphasize the importance of combining digital competence and Islamic spirituality in promoting sustainable economic transformation. The solution offered is the development of web-based interactive digital media that contains learning materials, interactive quizzes, and learning outcome reports that can be accessed by teachers and principals. The aim of the study was to create learning media that is able to increase children's involvement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The data was obtained through observation, interviews, library research and the distribution of questionnaires for feasibility tests. The research method used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The media is tested using Blackbox Testing to ensure system functionality as well as User Acceptance Test (UAT) to evaluate user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the impact of AI Knowledge (X1), Attitude on Technology (X2), and Usage Experience (X3) on students' Self-Confidence (Y). Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data were collected through an online survey of 306 students (as a sample) at the Faculty of Business and Informatics, Muhammadiyah University Palangkaraya (N=842). The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The model evaluation results showed that the data were valid and reliable, with strong predictive power (Q²=0.620). The bootstrapping hypothesis test results showed that all three hypotheses were accepted: AI Knowledge (T=2.697; P=0.004), Attitude on Technology (T=5.046; P=0.000), and Usage Experience (T=5.875; P=0.000) all have a positive and significant effect on Self-Confidence. These three variables collectively explain 63.3% of the variance in Self-Confidence (R²=0.633). Experience of Use (X3) proved to be the most dominant predictor (coefficient=0.425; f²=0.195), followed by Attitude (X2) (f²=0.129), and Knowledge (X1) (f²=0.027).
