SCHOOL PRINCIPAL'S STRATEGY IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL (SMK) GRADUATES ISLAM INSAN CENDEKIA MEMPAWAH HILIR

This research discusses the principal's strategy in improving the quality of graduates at the Insan Scholar Islamic Vocational School which apparently already has good graduates, namely seen from the students passing 100%, students getting good average grades, and students being accepted into universities in the world. business and industry. To maintain all that has been obtained, the school principal must find a solution so that the quality of the graduates can be maintained. For this reason, school principals are looking for strategies that can be used as a reason to maintain the good quality of graduates. This research is descriptive qualitative research and took place at the Insan Scholar Islamic Vocational School. The subjects in this research were the principal, deputy head, teacher at the Insan Scholar Islamic Vocational School. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation and the data analysis techniques used are interactive models. To check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation.

The research results show that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of graduates at Insan Scholar Islamic Vocational School is: 1) Strategy for recruiting new students, 2) increasing teacher competency. 3) improving facilities and infrastructure, 4) developing the curriculum, 5) programs for developing students' potential, interests and talents.

TEACHERS' PERCEPTION OF PUNISHMENT AND ITS RELEVANCE TO UNDANG-UNDANG PERLINDUNGAN ANAK AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL (CASE STUDY AT IN PALANGKA RAYA CITY)

The purpose of this research is to describe teachers' perceptions of punishment and its relationship with the Child Protection Law at the SD/MI level (case study in SD/MI Palangka Raya city). The research location in Palangka Raya City was represented by MIN 2, MIS Muslimat NU, SDN Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya City, and SDIT Al-Furqon Palangka Raya. The subjects in this study are 4 Principals of Elementary / MI, 4 Teachers in Palangka Raya City. To obtain the necessary data, the researcher uses observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the perception of all teachers from 4 SD/MI states that they strongly agree with the existence of Law no. 35 of 2014 Article 9 paragraph 1 and teachers also strongly agree that the importance of UUPA no. 35 of 2014 Article 9 paragraph 1a states that every child has the right to receive protection in the educational unit from sexual crimes and violence committed by educators, education staff, fellow students, and/or other parties. However, there are different views on corporal punishment such as pinching and running on the field.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TAHFIDZ QUR'AN IN THE DIGITAL ERA: BETWEEN HOPES AND CHALLENGES

Digital technology offers great potential in supporting the learning process of Quran memorization, especially in overcoming time, distance and cost constraints. However, the implementation of online tahfidz still faces various challenges that need to be overcome. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges of using digital technology in the implementation of online Quran memorization. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research method involving observation and in-depth interviews with online tahfidz teachers and participants. The data were analyzed to explore aspects of accessibility, flexibility, as well as technical barriers faced during the online learning process. The results showed that digital technology significantly improved accessibility and flexibility in the Quran memorization process. Some participants managed to memorize 10, 20, and 30 juz with the support of online memorization platforms. However, challenges such as limited interaction quality and signal instability are still obstacles that need to be overcome. There is a need to develop more effective strategies to improve the quality of the online learning experience, including network quality improvement and adaptation of teaching methods. This study makes an important contribution in the effort to improve the effectiveness of tahfidz education through the utilization of digital technology.

TRANSFORMATION OF LEARNING AL-QUR'AN HADIS THROUGH TWO STAY TWO STRAY (TST) MODEL: SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN LESSONS

Choosing the right learning model that is relevant to the needs and characteristics of students is the key to creating an active and effective learning process so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. This study aims to explore the potential of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model in improving the quality of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and PRISMA approach, this research conducted searches in four global databases: Google Scholar, Google Semantic Scholar, Eric and ScienceDirect. From a total of 502 articles found, 21 relevant articles were selected for analysis, this research analyzed various studies that have implemented the TST model in various learning contexts. The results show that the TSTS model has great potential in improving student engagement, concept understanding, and social skills. In addition, the TSTS model can also facilitate the development of student character in accordance with the values contained in the Qur'an Hadith.

JEJE ANTAR HAJA IN OPTIMIZING LOCAL EXPEDITIONS IN THE CHALLENGES OF GLOBALIZATION

This article discusses the optimization of the local expedition service Jeje Antar Haja in facing the challenges of globalization. With the advancement of technology and e-commerce, the need for efficient and affordable shipping services has become crucial. Jeje Antar Haja is a business engaged in goods delivery, focusing on package delivery services located in Pulang Pisau Regency. This expedition has developed and provided solutions to the high cost of shipping. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods to describe field conditions. The findings indicate that the innovation in package delivery services offered by Jeje Antar Haja has successfully attracted consumer interest and addressed problems in the area, especially in providing services for communities burdened by high shipping costs, fostering innovation, creating jobs, and supporting local SMEs. By optimizing operations and utilizing technology, Jeje Antar Haja can continue to grow and contribute to both the regional and national economy.

POLITICAL AND SOCIAL DYNAMICS SURROUNDING QURANIC EDUCATION IN THE TAHFIZ HOUSE MODEL

This article focuses on the portrayal of social changes and local political dynamics regarding Quranic education in Tahfiz Houses. The Tahfiz Quran education model has expanded significantly over the past decade. Many studies have reviewed changes in models, methods, and curricula of Quranic education, but the social construction surrounding the increasingly popular Tahfiz Houses in recent years has not been extensively examined. The main question of this article is how Tahfiz Quran education in these houses becomes a part of the social construction of the community. Based on research using a phenomenological method, with sampling conducted through in-depth interviews with 30 individuals from various backgrounds using snowball sampling, it was found that the presence of Tahfiz Houses within the community, in this case, the Banjar community, has significantly impacted the realm of religious knowledge, such as Quran memorization, which is shaped and maintained through social interactions in these houses. Additionally, Tahfiz Houses also play a role in shaping and transmitting religious norms and values

THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL INTERACTION OF THE PRINCIPAL ON TEACHERS AT SMP ISLAM AINUL ULUM PARIT SERIBUT SUNGAI AMBAWANG

The school principal has the functional authority to supervise/supervise the teachers under his/her leadership. It is hoped that the function of the school principal in improving teacher performance is so that teachers in teaching are more skilled, focused and professional, so that it is easier to capture, digest and then implement it in their daily tasks. The teacher is a central figure in the implementation of education, because the teacher is a figure who is very necessary to spur the success of his students. The problem formulation in this research is: What is the function of the principal at SMPI Ainul Ulum Parit Seribut, Sungai Ambawang District? How does the principal's social interaction influence teachers and what is the influence of the principal's function on improving teacher performance? Based on the problem formulation above, the objectives that can be achieved in this research are: To find out the function of the principal at SMPI Ainul Ulum Parit Seribut, Sungai Ambawang District. To find out the influence of the principal's social interaction on teacher performance and to find out the extent of the influence of the principal's function on improving teacher performance at the school. This research is expected to provide the following benefits: 1) Theoretical Benefits of this research can enrich scientific discourse or the development of knowledge, especially regarding the influence of social interactions between school principals and teachers which can be utilized by various parties whose duties and services are related to the world of education. 2) Practical Benefits As input material for school principals for their duties as administrators in their implementation efforts. As input material for administrative managers, teachers can carry out their functions as school administrators well. As comparison material for other researchers who wish to conduct research on the above title in other locations. As information material. to increase the insight of researchers and readers, especially regarding the influence of social interactions between school principals and teachers in the school environment.
