Ideology is a set of systemic concepts from the way of thinking of a person or group of people as understanding, theories and ways to achieve goals. Muhammadiyah as a social organization also has an ideology as an organizational identity. The purpose of this article is to explain Muhammadiyah ideology and doctrine and found results namely: 1) Muqaddimah of the Articles of Association, namely the Muqaddimah Concept of the Articles of Association of Muhammadiyah (MADM) and the essence of MADM, the Muqaddimah of the articles of association of Muhammadiyah has 7 main ideas, the framework of the nature of the Muhammadiyah struggle and the definition of the muqaddimah of the ideology of Muhammadiyah. 2) Matan, Beliefs and Life Aspirations of Muhammadiyah, contains the concept and explanation of Matan, Beliefs and Life Aspirations of Muhammadiyah. 3) Muhammadiyah's personality contains 10 points.

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI KELAS VII SMPN SATU ATAP-2 TEWANG SANGALANG GARING

This study aims to describe 1) the Implementation of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum (KMB) in PAI Subjects in Class VII of SMPN Satu Atap-2 Tewang Sangalang Garing and 2) the Supporting and inhibiting Factors for the Implementation of KMB in PAI Learning in Class VII of SMPN Satu Atap-2 Tewang Sangalang Garing. The research method used a descriptive qualitatif approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of KMB in PAI Class VII SMPN Satu Atap-2 Tewang Sangalang Garing is carried out with the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation.. The planning stage includes the preparation of instruments related to the analysis of learning outcomes, the formulation of learning objectives, the flow of learning objectives, diagnostic assessments, and teaching modules. PAI teacher also planned a project to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile by collaborating with other teachers to make adjustments to the project module provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture based on the needs of students, with the theme "Pelajar Berakhlak Mulia". At the implementation stage, the results of the planning instrument are applied in the beginning, core, and final activities of the PAI learning process. In the evaluation stage, the PAI teacher conducted a formative assessment of the effectiveness of KMB implementation in PAI learning; 2) Supporting Factors for the Implementation of KMB in Grade VII PAI Subjects are the motivation and guidance from the Principal who facilitates the teacher to participate in and hold training related to the Implementation of KMB. In addition, learning media such as Merdeka Curriculum textbooks, LCD projectors, Chromebooks, laptops and computers, and internet networks are provided. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of KMB in Grade VII PAI Subjects are that the teacher has not maximized the use of ICT and internet-based learning media

STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui Strategi kepala sekolah, Mengetahui peningkatan kinerja guru dan Mengetahui Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 2 Patampanua Pinrang. Jenis penelitian penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, fenomenologis dan berbentuk deskriptif. penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktifitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, serta pemikiran orang secara mandiri maupun kelompok. Metode pengumpulan daya yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik anaklisis datan yang diguakan adalah Reduksi Data (Data Reduction), Penyajian Data dan Penarikan atau Verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam uji kredibilitas adalah uji triangulasi data. Triangulasi adalah teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang memanfaatkan sesuatu yang lain di luar data itu untuk keperluan pengecekan atau sebagai pembanding terhadap data tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan penulis adalah triangulasi melalui sumber yakni membandingkan hasil dari wawancara dengan hasil pengamatan, membandingkan apa yang dikatakan orang atau informan tentang situasi penelitian dengan hasil perpanjangan keikutsertaan yang dilakukan dan membandingkan data perspektif yang berbeda tentang strategi kepala sekolah dan tidak lupa untuk membandingkan hasil wawancara dengan isi dokumen/arsip serta pelaksanaannya, hasil penelitian tetang strategi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah melakukan empat tahapan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi sebagai kepala sekolah mulai dari 1) tahap pertama perencanaan dalam menyusun visi dan misi, melakukan rapat kerja, dan menyusun struktut organisasi, 2) tahap kedua pelaksanaan dalam melakukan program supervisi, dan monitoring kinerja guru sekolah, 3) tahap ketiga monitoring dalam melakukan pengawasan pada pelaksanaan pengajaran, dan 4) tahap keempat evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dalam melakukan evaluasi melalui supervisi keda guru, dan tindak lanjut supervisi sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja guru, dan melakukan rapat evaluasi ketercapaian program kerja SMP Satuatap Salembongan di Kabupaten Pinrang.

PRAKTEK JUAL BELI DI PASAR TRADISIONAL DESA PANDAHAN KECAMATAN BATI-BATI DALAM PERSFEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

This research was motivated by the existence of a traditional market in Pandahan Village, Bati-bati District, which is a traditional market with an Islamic nuanced system. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the practice of buying and selling practices of traditional markets in Pandahan Village, Bati-bati District, from an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is field research conducted with qualitative assessment. The location of the study is at the Traditional Market of Pandahan Village which is located at Jl. A. Yani km 28 RT 04 Pandahan Village, Bati-bati District, Tanah Laut Regency, Kalimantan Province, South Kalimantan. The results showed that , the traders of the traditional market of Pandahan Village, Bati-bati District apply the practice of buying and selling with a perfect contract system, the right to vote (khiyar), voluntary, without containing elements of coercion, bringing benefits and avoiding mudharat in society, avoiding garar, avoiding riba

ANALISIS TERHADAP STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK UMRAH BAYAR KRIDIT PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (Studi Pada Risma Tour Banjarbaru)

This research was motivated by the latest umrah service product from Risma Travel Banjarbaru which applies umrah packages with a credit (debt) system. While in Islam it is forbidden to perform Umrah in a state of debt. The product is interesting to be further researched and reviewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) How is the marketing strategy of umrah bayar kridit products (2) How is the Islamic economic review of the marketing strategy of umrah bayar kridit products Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is qualitative descriptive field research. The subject in this study is the travel manager of Risma Tour. While the object is the implementation of the marketing strategy of Umrah products from an Islamic economic perspective. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods and use interactive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are: (1) The marketing strategy of Umrah bayar kridit products is carried out by applying three things, namely: (a) Products, by providing safe and quality Umrah services, (b) Prices, by offering cheap and affordable prices, (c) Promotion, by advertising products through social media, (d) Places, by choosing locations that are easily accessible to prospective Umrah pilgrims. (2) The marketing strategy of Umrah bayar kridit products according to Islamic economic reviews is correct, because it does not contradict the principles of Islamic teachings by using murabahah contracts in the concept of muamalah

MANAJEMEN KONFLIK PEMILU PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya konflik pemilu yang menyebabkan terjadinya perpecahan dan pertikaian antar golongan, oraganisasi, ras, suku dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas tentang manajemen konflik pemilu perspektif Islam yang bertujuan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya konflik pemilu tersebut sehingga tercipta Masyarakat yang rukun, aman dan damai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tergolong library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data adalah buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen dan juga konflik pemilu perspektif Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konflik dalam pemilu adalah hal yang tidak bisa dihindarkan. Konflik bisa menjadi masalah serius dalam sebuah negara dan bahkan dapat merusak persatuan dan kesatuan Masyarakat. Manajemen konflik pemilu perspektif Islam bertujuan untuk mencapai kedamaian, ketertiban dalam Masyarakat dengan cara mengelola konflik tersebut seperti negosiasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak yang sedang berkonflik dengan tujuan untuk mencari jalan keluar dari permasalahan dan pertentangan antar kelompok dengan melakukan kesepakatan bersama. Negosiasi menjadi salah satu solusi dalam penyelesaian perselisihan antar kelompok partai politik dan Masyarakat dalam pemilu, seperti yang telah tertuang dalam beberapa ayat Q.S Ali Imran Ayat 105, Q.S Asy-Syuura:37-38, Q.S Yusuf ayat 80, Q.S Al-Hujurat ayat 9 dan tentunya bisa menjadi pedoman umat Muslim dalam startegi manajemen konflik pemilu.

ANALISIS FATWA DSN-MUI TERHADAP HYBRID CONTRACT PADA LEMBAGA KEUANGAN SYARIAH

This article is motivated by the implementation of hybrid contracts in Islamic Financial Institutions which is a necessity in the current era for the development of Islamic Financial Institutions, so that its application is supported by the DSN-MUI fatwa that allows hybrid contracts in business transactions. Therefore, this article aims to further analyze the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding the permissibility of hybrid contracts. The methodology used is the recearhe library. First, a hybrid contract is an agreement between two parties to carry out a muamalah that includes two or more contracts. Second, in the fatwa DSN-MUI uses the rules of legal principles the origin of muamalah is that it can include hybrid contracts. Third, according to the fatwa DSN-MUI is allowed shari'i provided that it is not an illegal transaction prohibited in sharia economic law.
