Delays in detecting early signs of fire often result in the rapid spread of flames and greater damage. This study aims to implement an early fire detection and warning system based on the AVR ATmega16 microcontroller, utilizing the LM35 sensor for temperature detection, the Flame V2 sensor for flame detection, and an SMS Gateway via a Wavecom modem as a medium for remote notification. The research adopts a prototype development approach, encompassing the stages of design, implementation, and system testing. The system is designed to provide two forms of alerts: a local audio alarm and a short message service (SMS) notification to registered user mobile numbers.</em></p> <p><em>System testing was conducted using the black box method to validate the functionality of both hardware and software. Experimental results indicate that the LM35 sensor successfully detected temperature increases above 39°C, while the Flame V2 sensor accurately identified the presence of fire. The system automatically transmitted SMS notifications to the user and activated a buzzer alarm as a danger alert. Furthermore, users were able to control the activation and deactivation of sensors via SMS commands with specific formats, thereby enhancing the system’s operational flexibility. </em><em>This study is expected to serve as a foundation for further development toward more intelligent, integrated, and adaptive fire detection systems.</em></p> Sam'ani Mochammad Ichsan M. The Food Security Office of Central Kalimantan Province still records Assignment Orders (SPT) and Business Travel Orders (SPPD) conventionally using logbooks. This process is time-consuming, prone to recording errors, and complicates the retrieval of documented data. Based on these problems, this study aims to design and develop a web-based recording system for SPT and SPPD that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and facilitate data management.</em></p> <p><em>The research method employed is Research and Development (R&amp;D), which includes the stages of problem identification, data collection through observation and interviews, system design using flowcharts, use case diagrams, and user interface design, system development with PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, followed by testing and evaluation. The results indicate that the system successfully replaces manual recording and provides core features such as login, data entry, data viewing, and data searching, supported by automatic numbering. One potential medium is three-dimensional (3D) animation, which can deliver messages in a more visual, interactive, and attractive manner. This study aims to design and develop a 3D animation as both an informational and promotional medium for STMIK Palangka Raya. The research employed observation, literature review, and interviews using questionnaires with prospective audiences to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed media. The production process followed standard animation stages, namely pre-production (story idea, storyboard, and character design), production (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, rendering), and post-production (compositing, editing, and finalization).&nbsp;</em><em>The resulting animation, with a duration of approximately three minutes, was created using Blender, an open-source software widely adopted in the animation industry. The final product highlights STMIK Palangka Raya’s key features, including its facilities, academic programs, student activities, and institutional strengths. Evaluation involving 18 respondents revealed positive results: 50.6% rated the animation as good, 42.4% as fair, and only 7% as poor. Specifically, the storyline received highly positive feedback (72.2%), while the background music and visual effects were also considered appropriate by the majority of respondents. </em><em>These findings demonstrate that 3D animation can serve as an effective medium for higher education promotion, capable of attracting prospective students and enhancing institutional image. In this selection, it was found difficult to determine the eligibility of students receiving KIP Lectures, namely selecting data manually. To facilitate the selection process, a decision-making system was built that could be used by student selection officers to help decide whether to get KIP Lectures at STMIK Palangkaraya. SMART method, which is a way of making decisions by calculating the weight of the criteria for each given alternative from the Student data file. The stages of the research carried out are the process of collecting criteria data, the process of weighting and normalization, the process of searching for utility values, and the process of ranking. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and literature. Comparison of the results of calculations between systems using the SMART method and manual processes results in the same results. Sepatu lari yang tidak sesuai dapat menyebabkan cedera, ketidaknyamanan, dan bahkan menurunkan performa atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dalam merekomendasikan sepatu lari terbaik untuk pemula berdasarkan data online.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akurasi yang diperoleh oleh metode SAW mencapai 80%, sedangkan metode TOPSIS mencapai 70%. Perbandingan hasil perangkingan menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW lebih unggul dalam hal nilai True Positive (TP) dan False Negative (FN). Meskipun akurasi kedua metode tersebut hampir serupa, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode SAW lebih efektif dalam pemilihan sepatu lari terbaik untuk pemula, mengingat konsistensi dan akurasi performanya yang lebih baik. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode Regresi Linear. Metode ini diterapkan pada aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan pemrograman web. Namun, evaluasi sistematis berbasis data terhadap kategori konten dan pola interaksi publik masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan teks caption dan komentar publik pada akun Instagram resmi Ditsamapta Polda Kalteng ke dalam kategori kelas data menggunakan metode IndoBERT. Data penelitian terdiri atas 50 unggahan dan 1.555 komentar publik yang diperoleh melalui proses <em>web scraping</em> dan prapemrosesan otomatis menggunakan <em>Google Colab</em>.</p> <p>Model IndoBERT diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi tiga kategori utama, yaitu operasional, patroli, dan lainnya. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa konten bertema operasional mendominasi unggahan (±58%), sedangkan kategori lainnya memiliki rata-rata engagement tertinggi, menandakan preferensi publik terhadap konten yang bersifat humanis dan sosial. Komentar publik mayoritas bersifat apresiatif, memperkuat citra positif dan efektivitas komunikasi kelembagaan Ditsamapta di media sosial.</p> <p>Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif dan berhasil membangun pipeline analisis berbasis <em>Natural Language Processing</em> (NLP) yang efisien dan replikabel. Serangan ini menggunakan varian ransomware LockBit 3.0 yang berhasil melumpuhkan layanan lebih dari 210 institusi pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metodologi forensik digital NIST SP 800-86 dalam mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jejak digital yang ditinggalkan oleh serangan Ransomware LockBit 3.0. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan pendekatan One Shot Case Study Design dalam lingkungan virtual. Akuisisi data dilakukan secara statis menggunakan perangkat lunak FTK Imager dan Belkasoft RAM Capturer, kemudian dianalisis dengan Autopsy. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengikuti empat tahap utama dari NIST SP 800-86, yaitu Collection, Examination, Analysis, dan Reporting.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metodologi NIST SP 800-86 efektif dalam mengidentifikasi artefak digital seperti file terenkripsi, proses mencurigakan, dan perubahan sistem. This has prompted the government to launch the Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) program as an effort to help the community improve homes to become appropriate. However, this program has not yet been able to cover all uninhabitable homes, because the number of households living in uninhabitable homes is greater than the number of assistance packages available. To ensure the program reach the target, the government has established various requirements for prospective recipients of the assistance. The decision for a family with an uninhabitable home to receive assistance largely depends on how that decision is made. This study is research aimed at developing a web-based decision support system using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method for determining decisions on RTLH assistance recipients in Kota Palangka Raya. Based on observations and interviews in the field, seven&nbsp; criteria were obtained for recipients of RTLH assistance, namely the condition of the roof covering, frame, walls, doors/windows, floor, foundation, and sanitation, each of which has a certain weight. These alternatives are rated from 1 to 4, depending on the level of damage.
