Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dimana subjek penelitiannya sebanyak 35 mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya tahun akademik 2023/2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya berada pada kategori sedang (indikator observasi, klasifikasi dan komunikasi) serta pada kategori rendah (indikator hipotesis). A qualitative approach was employed to provide pertinent information in line with the research objectives. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects and informants consisted of mentors, trainers, and students participating in the Scout Group at Sunan Ampel MTsN 2 Palangka Raya. Data analysis was conducted concurrently, encompassing data collection, condensation, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The findings suggest that character formation of students through scouting activities in the Scout Group at Sunan Ampel MTsN 2 Palangka Raya is highly effective and significantly contributes to their character development. This is achieved through the integration of character values into scouting activity training materials, such as marching exercises, camping, and hiking. It is admitted that radicalism, which is currently a trend and in the news recently, is not only a problem experienced by the government. This global ideology has become a common enemy for Indonesian people from all walks of life who may be exposed to these dangers. Much has been done in the form of programs and prevention efforts carried out by the government in order to tackle radicalism, carried out through a method known as deradicalization, not only the government's responsibility, but also the activeness of universities in preventing ideology, spreading antidotes and socializing countermeasures. Learning video media in Arts and Culture subjects has been good. The fulfillment of preparation, implementation, and follow-up indicators proves this. This research aims to determine whether reading ability and interest in learning influence student learning outcomes in class V Indonesian language learning at State Elementary School 8 Langkai Palangka Raya. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests.</em></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>The research results show that reading ability influences student learning outcomes in class V Indonesian language learning at State Elementary School 8 Langkai Palangka Raya by 77.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.8% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model or are not being researched. This influence is proven by the t-count results in the ANOVA table of 9.732 with a significance of 0.000 &lt;0.05. Interest in learning influences student learning outcomes in class V Indonesian language learning at State Elementary School 8 Langkai Palangka Raya by 25.1%. Meanwhile, the remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model or are not being researched. This influence is proven by the t-count results in the ANOVA table of 3.063 with a significance of 0.005 &lt; 0.05. Reading ability and interest in learning influence student learning outcomes in class V Indonesian language learning at SDN 8 Langkai Palangka Raya by 82%. Kemampuan mahasiswa yang beragam membuat dosen harus melakukan inovasi agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dengan baik. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menekankan pentingnya respon dosen terhadap kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa tetapi berfokus pada kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari seberapa besar pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran matematika SD di Perguruan Tinggi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, yang mana pre-test akan diberikan sebelum pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan post-test diberikan sesudahnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester I PGSD di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya dengan total 90 orang dan sampelnya adalah mahasiswa semester I kelompok A yang berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan adalah dengan teknik Uji T Statistik Parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada tabel IV menunjukan bahwa pada variabel hasil belajar diperoleh nilai signifikansi &lt; 0,005 yang berarti signifikan. Namun, permasalahan baru muncul ketika para PMI kembali ke daerah asal mereka tanpa kemampuan untuk mengelola perekonomian, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dari pekerjaan di luar negeri untuk membuka usaha di daerah asal habis karena mengalami kerugian. Penting untuk dicatat bahwa batik di Kabupaten Wonosobo memiliki potensi besar, mengingat Kabupaten Wonosobo merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata populer di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, peran pemerintah sangatlah penting dalam melakukan pemberdayaan PMI purna agar dapat bertahan dan mengembangkan ekonomi di daerah asal mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa dalam pemberdayaan PMI purna melalui sektor batik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan subjek penelitian yaitu PMI purna dan pemerintah desa Kampung Penawangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap PMI purna dengan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka, baik dari segi pengetahuan maupun keterampilan, melalui pembentukan kelompok batik yang didukung oleh pemerintah melalui program pelatihan, pendanaan, dan fasilitas. Selain itu, peningkatan kemampuan juga dilakukan melalui pemberian keterampilan khusus dalam bidang batik bagi para PMI purna.
