The theory used for Transparency according to Mardiasmo (2006), Accountability according to Rasul (2002), Performance according to Mohammad Nahsun (2009) Research methods using Descriptive Quantitative Analysis with data collection techniques are Interviews, Questionnaires, Observation, and Documentation . This study uses 3 variables, namely Transparency (X1), Accountability (X2), and Performance (Y) of Pamait Village Government. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 26. Effect of Accountability (X2) on Village Government Performance, showing that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.111 &gt; 1.996) and the significant value is less than 0.05 (0.038 &lt;0.05), so it can be said that Transparency partially affects Village Government Performance in Pamait Village. So it can be concluded that H2 in this study H<sub>o</sub> is rejected and H<sub>a</sub> is accepted, meaning that the research hypothesis is correct. The Effect of Transparency (X1) and Accountability (X2) on Village Government Performance (Y) simultaneously. Based on the results of the regression analysis in the table, the value of F<sub>count </sub>&lt; F<sub>table</sub> (2.251 &lt; 2.72) and a significant value &gt; 0.05 (0.113 &gt; 0.05) is obtained. So it can be concluded that H<sub>o</sub> is accepted and H<sub>a</sub> is rejected, which means that Transparency and Accountability simultaneously do not significantly influence Village Government Performance, so it can be concluded that H3 in this study H<sub>o</sub> is accepted and H<sub>a</sub> is accepted, meaning that the research hypothesis is not correct.</p> 2023-06-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 harlina kurniaty ANALISIS PENGARUH SITUASI KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA 2023-04-23T17:17:31+00:00 Deany Afriany <p>The background of this research is to collect information and information about employees' perceptions of the workplace situation, job satisfaction and ongoing motivation and their relationship to employee performance. The purpose of this research is presented is to determine the effect of analysis: work situation, job satisfaction, motivation and environmental performance of employees of Pt. Semen Baturaja (Persero). This research was conducted at Pt. Semen Baturaja (Persero). Collecting information using a questionnaire, and taking the sample of this study as many as 65 employees with likelihood testing. Information analysis method used is multiple regression test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: 1). Partially the t-test variable Work Situation (X1) has an effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from p-value less than 0.05.2). Partially, the variable job satisfaction t test (X2) has an effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from the p value which is less than 0.05.3). Partially, the work motivation variable t test (X3) has no effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero). It is known from the p value greater than 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed that the motivation at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) does not need to be held because employees have self-motivation, and to increase employee motivation, incentive money is needed for those who excel. 4). This condition shows that the competence of civil servants in Indonesia is a problem that needs serious attention. One of the efforts that can be taken in overcoming the problem of civil servant competence is through education and training (Diklat). </em><em>Qualitative research with this phenomenological method will use performance management and effort theory. The approach used is phenomenology. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews, observations and documentation. </em><em>The effort to send Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) which aims to develop participant competencies in order to meet managerial competency standards for administrator positions and propose supervisory leadership training (PKP) participants aims to develop participant competencies in order to meet supervisory managerial competency standards.</em> <em>In addition, it is also sought to send technical training participants to complement the technical capabilities of some employees in charge of certain technicalities and send administrative training participants to complement the administrative capabilities of several employees with a priority scale by considering budgets and other considerations. </em><em>The inhibiting factors found in efforts to improve the performance of civil servants through education and training at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Kalimantan Province are the lack of available budgets to send training participants as needed, as well as the age factor and mastery of technology by the training participants sent so that the training results are not as expected.</em></p> 2023-06-22T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Nurhasanah MODEL LAYANAN PUBLIK RAMAH DIFABEL INISIATIF MEMBANGUN KOTA INKLUSI 2023-05-03T02:46:58+00:00 Rahmawati Rahmawati Heru Adi Putranto <p><em>Disability is a complex issue at all levels of society. Disabilities include people with physical and psychological deficiencies in society. So the mention of people with disabilities can be more familiar by calling them disabled. With the diffable predicate, people can easily divide their social strata with 'normal people' rather than 'disabled/disabled people'. The purpose of this research is to find ideas and theoretical foundations that can be used to define "inclusive cities." Because definitions alone are not enough, this article will also examine indicators of inclusive cities. This study uses qualitative research. The data collection techniques were: 1) interview, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. </em><em>The results show that the management of JDIH at KPU of Central Kalimantan Province in providing information/ law products has not been optimal yet. Developing quantity and quality of human resources is strongly needed in order to have the jobs finish effectively in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP). It can be optimally by adding the quantity of personnel with suitable educational background/ skills and training. Adding appropriate infrastructures, especially networking/ internet system and application system, also special working rooms and library for JDIH will support the existence of law data/ information of KPU for the public.
