Abstract

The purpose of this community service program was to conduct outreach and provide enlightenment and counseling on the importance of Sapta Pesona and Pelayanan Prima to increase tourist visits. This activity was held at Partungko Naginjang, a tourism village in Samosir Regency, from June 6 to 10, 2023. The method was carried out through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with two-way communication and participatory dialogues. The presentation of the socialization material was conducted through a PowerPoint presentation. A question-and-answer session followed this, and the demonstration continued with a role-playing method to achieve excellent service. There were 30 participants in the community service program. The results of the community service showed a very high level of participation, and the participants were able to demonstrate their abilities in real terms of Sapta Pesona and Excellent Service.
