Pelatihan Tari Dayak Kreasi sebagai Upaya Penguatan Kompetensi Seni bagi Guru di SDN 7 Pahandut Creative Dayak Dance Training as an Effort to Strengthen Artistic Competence of Teachers at SDN 7 Pahandut

Abstract
Teachers have a strategic role in introducing local cultural values to students. However, due to the limitations in teachers' abilities, dance learning at SDN 7 Pahandut has been hindered and less than optimal. This community service activity is a concrete step carried out by the author as an academic in the field of Drama, Dance, and Music Education. The purpose of this program is to provide teachers at SDN 7 Pahandut with the experience and knowledge necessary to teach creative Dayak dance at school. The methods used include demonstrations, creative Dayak dance practices, performances of works, and evaluations of activities. Based on the implementation, the results showed an increase in knowledge, movement skills, and teachers' confidence in teaching creative Dayak dance to students. Thus, this training not only enhances teachers' competence in teaching dance but also contributes to the preservation of local culture in Central Kalimantan.
