Abstract
The urgency of developing an innovative educational ecosystem in the digital era is increasing, requiring collaborative efforts among schools, parents, and communities to build a resilient society. This community service program aims to develop a digital attendance system based on QR Code and WhatsApp Gateway, which not only improves the efficiency of school administration but also strengthens real-time communication between schools and parents. The implementation method employed a participatory approach, incorporating socialization, teacher and staff training, system implementation, technical assistance, and evaluation. The results showed improvements in administrative efficiency, increased transparency in school–parent communication, and enhanced student discipline. The outputs achieved include a submitted scientific article, an activity poster, a popular article in online media, a documentation video, and a partner empowerment analysis. Therefore, this program demonstrates that cross-stakeholder collaboration can create practical educational innovation and provide tangible contributions to strengthening both the educational ecosystem and community resilience in the digital era.
