Main Article Content
Abstract
This community service activity was conducted to enhance the readiness of study programs within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Tanjungpura, in achieving Excellent Accreditation through the strategy of analyzing the LAMDIK Instrument Version 2.0. The main issues faced by study programs have been a limited understanding of outcome-based accreditation instruments and suboptimal implementation of an integrated internal quality assurance system. The activity employed reflective, simulation, and participatory approaches, involving expert speakers, lecturers, and study program task force teams. The implementation methods included material presentations, focused group discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing accreditation documents based on the updated LAMDIK Instrument Version 2.0. The results indicated a significant increase in participants' average comprehension scores—by more than 50%—demonstrating the effectiveness of the instrument analysis method in improving participants' technical and strategic competencies. Furthermore, the activity strengthened the synergy among lecturers, study program managers, and faculty leadership in developing an adaptive internal quality assurance system aligned with the paradigm shift toward outcome-based accreditation. Overall, this initiative proved that the LAMDIK Instrument Version 2.0 analysis strategy is an effective and sustainable approach to enhancing study programs' readiness for excellent accreditation, while fostering a collaborative academic quality culture oriented toward continuous improvement in higher education.
