The majority of Tanjung Pering Village's citizens are engaged in vegetable farming. Vegetables are typically grown in gardens on dry land or in marshes on wet soil under dry conditions. Lebak swamps that are flooded for more than six months are generally not used for cultivation, as a result, parts of the village area are not useful for settlement or agriculture. The solution that can be taken is to utilize wetlands with floating cultivation, especially for vegetable crops. After Community Service Activities through mentoring and plot demonstrations, the knowledge and skills of the people of Tanjung Pering Village, North Indralaya District regarding the cultivation of floating vegetable plants can be increased. In conclusion of the activity, the community is interested in trying to cultivate floating plants.
Susilawati SusilawatiBenyamin LakitanErizal SodikinM.
The culinary division 'Riyadh' has been operating since 2003 and is run directly by the students as part of the Santripreneurship activities in the Islamic boarding school environment. Currently, the culinary business ``Riyadh'' is still order-based and has not fully developed into a very productive business group. This culinary division functions as a place for students to learn business and its profits are used to support the needs of the Islamic boarding school. With increasing consumer demand, there is an urgent need to develop this company into a very productive business group. So far, Riyadh's delicious food has only been sold and served in large "tempe/talam" packaging. However, according to the person in charge, there has been an increase in consumer demand for different packaging sizes for single portions and bento boxes. This package is more suitable for Islamic boarding school events with more consumers and better product hygiene standards. The method used in this service is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). The results of this activity, Riyadh culinary has more practical, more economical packaging, better visibility and of course meets good health standards so that the food produced does not cause health problems for consumers.
Rini AgustinaEndah AndayaniDella Rulita Nurfaizana

The issue "Jaya Makmur" is low quality and quantity of fish production, primarily due to reliance on suboptimal instant feed and insufficient fish utilization to combat stunting in Sungai Lulut. This activity aims to enhance fish production quality and quantity, processing herbal feed from moringa leaves, and educating the community to help reduce stunting. The method of this activity includes socialization, training in producing herbal feed and eco-friendly mixing tools, application of technology, assistance, evaluation, utilization of unused land, and continuous monitoring to enhance production and establish distribution partnerships, all while educating about stunting. The success of this program is reflected in the improvement of partner skills in making natural feed, feed management, and the production of fish-based nuggets and meatballs for complementary feeding (MPASI). The challenge currently faced is that many fish farmers still rely on instant feed, so further efforts are needed to encourage the transition to herbal feed.
Rakhmadhan NiahErna PrihandiwatiNoor AisyahDeddy Dharmaji

Socially, the group also faces a lack of motivation to create economic independence and has limited ability in branding their products. The implementation method involves mapping the necessary activities to address the challenges in these areas. The results of the program show that, in terms of production, the products produced by the group have started to meet quality and quantity standards. The product range has expanded, with chairs now available in small and large sizes, whereas previously, only medium sizes were available. Additionally, the group introduced table variants. Over the past week, the group was able to produce 10 products, indicating that on average, they could produce around 40 products in a month. Socially, awareness of economic independence has increased, and the group now has a logo and tagline to strengthen the reputation of their products.
Ternate City is the economic and trade center in North Maluku, where the agricultural sector ranked third as the main field of community employment after the service sector and processing industry. One of the community groups serving as a gathering place for breeders in Ternate is Lembaga Mitra Peternakan (LMP) located in Sasa and Jambula Villages. The problems faced by goat breeders in LMP include: the difficulty of getting superior males to mate with females, low livestock productivity due to inbreeding, the difficulty of getting continuous forage so that goats only fed tofu dregs waste, and the accumulation of manure around the pen which can cause odors and has an impact on livestock health. Based on the farmer's problem description, it was agreed that a community service activity would be held with the aim of providing guidance to livestock groups in goat cultivation through the application of appropriate technology at the LMP in Ternate city. The stages included surveys and outreach, community education, demonstrations and training, as well as monitoring and evaluation. All activities were attended by around 15 breeders. Farmers actively participated in VBC practices, silage feed processing and organic fertilizer. The silage and organic fertilizer produced can also be used by farmers. Farmers were able to manage the VBC concept, making silage and organic fertilizer independently. After the training activities, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of breeders in practicing and applying appropriate technology in goat cultivation.
Dwi Nur Happy HariyonoEny EndrawatiKrishna Aji

Indonesia is classified as a country vulnerable to natural disasters, including tsunamis. The information about pre-disaster knowledge and tsunami preparedness needs to be passed on to the public, especially children. Earthquakes and tsunamis can happen at any time and hit anyone, including children, so it's important to conduct disaster education in schools. But in the event of a disaster, schools in the area must be vacant and replaced by volunteers of hatred. So hatred volunteers like Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center are the right institutions to give educational games for hatred education. The activities of dedication to this community are carried out in three stages: 1) Design and production of toys and educational games; 2) Design trials for partners; and 3) Analysis of the results of the SUS (System Usability Scale) of partners. The results of this activity are toy design and education games that are well designed and accepted by MDMC partners Lampung and have SUS scores quite good with design 2 (Category B, 74.8) and design 3 (Category B, 71.1). However, design 1 still has a score below the average standard and requires improvement before it can be used in the field as one of the alternative educational media for tsunami prevention.
Muhammad Hajid An NurRefita Ika IndrayatiTefur Nur RohmanReza Pustika

https://journal.umpr.ac.id/index.php/pengabdianmu/article/view/7992

Tanoh Alas Village, located in the Aceh province, is known for its multicultural character, with diverse ethnic groups, religions, and natural resources. Despite the long-standing coexistence of its residents, there remains a risk of religious conflicts, particularly those that are less visible. However, the village also offers an ideal environment for astrotourism. This has inspired the facilitators to focus on promoting religious moderation within the community. The key issues addressed in this initiative are: what strategies can be employed in astrotourism facilitation to enhance religious moderation in Tanoh Alas Village, and how do these strategies influence the community's attitudes toward religious moderation? The project utilized the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which encompasses the stages of Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. The outcome of this initiative has been a positive shift in religious moderation among the villagers, facilitated by the establishment of an astrotourism destination that fosters greater unity among different ethnic and religious groups.
Machzumy MachzumyMuhammad Ihsan

This service is carried out to help empower the community in relation to taking advantage of business opportunities or entrepreneurship. The target audience taking part in this activity is the Kampung Nanas farming business group on Jalan Kampung Nanas, G.Obos Outer Ring, Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya. The reason for carrying out this activity is the lack of understanding regarding the management of business enterprises and group organizations which results in minimal income because it only comes from pineapple sales. Community empowerment is carried out through providing an understanding of managing business strategies in entrepreneurship to increase residents' income and also about how to manage organizational management for farming business groups within it. The counseling delivery methods used are lectures and practice, where practice is carried out through guidance and mentoring. The things explained in the lecture are materials related to entrepreneurial business strategies and organizational or group management, while practice is carried out by providing practical examples of making innovative products from pineapple processed which can be used as another source of income such as nata de leri. There is an increase in partners' knowledge about business strategy through innovation and organizational management which can be seen from the increase in understanding through the posttest.
Silvani PermatasariOkta MalindaRakha Satya IdsanAhmad RamadhaniSaint Seiya

Breast cancer is the number one cause of death for women. Many women realize they have breast cancer after being in the final stage, as experienced by two church members who are currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. The interview results revealed that some church members had a family history of breast cancer, underscoring the importance of implementing prevention education and breast self-examination within the church. One of the causes of breast cancer is an unhealthy lifestyle, a lack of awareness, a lack of information, and the feeling that they are fine. No family history of the disease makes women too lazy to do breast self-exam. This activity was carried out in March 2024 with the target of women aged 15-55 years totaling 33 people. This activity is in the form of providing education on healthy lifestyles and how to prevent them by doing breast self-exam. At the beginning and end of the activity, participants were given a pretest and posttest to measure their level of knowledge, then continued with a demonstration and redemonstration of breast self-exam practice. The results of the pretest were 66.1% and the posttest was 79.5%, where there was an increase in knowledge about healthy lifestyles and breast self-exam.
Cemara Jaya in Wasile District has the potential for developing the livestock sector, especially cattle. However, breeders face several obstacles, that is, feed is abundant in the rainy season and less in the dry season. In addition, several community-owned cattle had low body condition scores and thus, an effort is needed to increase livestock productivity through appropriate counseling and training. This service activity aimed to empower the community through training in fermented feed processing in Cemara Jaya Village, Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, in June-August 2024 using a participatory learning and action (PLA) approach. The stages consisted of location surveys and problem identification, training and practice, as well as monitoring and evaluation. This service activity was successfully attended by 10 breeders. This training activity began with the delivery of materials related to good cattle management, and continued with the introduction and practice of fermented feed processing. In general, this service activity had a positive impact on breeders, because they become more understanding and skilled in cattle farming, especially in the use of forage into fermented feed to increase the productivity of their livestock. Farmers were also able to practice processing fermented feed independently. It can be concluded that this service activity is able to empower farmers while increasing the knowledge and skills of farmers, especially how to process fermented feed.
Dwi Nur Happy HariyonoEmy Saelan

Web applications offer a potential answer to this issue, since they can serve as an online learning platform that is accessible at any given moment. Students are trained in the use of this online application through in-person instruction at the ICT lab of Budi Luhur University. Based on the findings of the activity assessment questionnaire, over 90% of participants expressed that this activity was valuable, comprehensible, impactful, and met their expectations. Therefore, it may be inferred that this activity has the potential to offer resolutions to the challenges encountered by partners.
Achmad SyarifRizky Eka PrasetyaSukma Alam
