Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Persediaan Barang pada PT Lumasindo Sumber Abadi

This community service aims to design and develop an inventory management system at PT Lumasindo Sumber Abadi. The background of this community service is the company's need to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy in managing stock, which was previously done manually and was prone to errors. The system development method used is a structured approach that includes the following stages: needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data is obtained through direct observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and literature studies to ensure that the approach used meets the company's needs. The expected outcome of this community service is to demonstrate that the developed information system can significantly improve the company's operational efficiency. This system simplifies the management of sales and stock items and improves the accuracy and speed of data processing. The implementation of the inventory management information system is expected to provide significant benefits for PT Lumasindo Sumber Abadi in daily operations and can serve as a model for other companies facing similar challenges.

Sosialisasi Cassamee Berbasis Singkong sebagai Upaya Mengurangi Ketergantungan Beras dan Menguatkan Pangan Lokal di Kampung Ciwulung

Indonesia has great agricultural potential, but the community's dependence on one main food source, namely rice, is still high, posing a risk to food security, especially in rural areas. Cassava, as an abundant local food source, has not been optimally utilized and has low economic value. This activity was carried out to identify the potential of cassava and introduce Cassamee as an alternative cassava-based food innovation to encourage food diversification and strengthen food security in Kemanisan Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency. The activity was carried out through an educational and training approach that included food security socialization, screening of cassava-processing demonstration videos, introduction of Cassamee products, and product-tasting sessions. Data collection was conducted with 28 respondents using pre- and post-activity test instruments to measure knowledge, and questionnaires to assess attitudes and food consumption behavior. The data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using mean values and percentages. The activity results showed an increase in community knowledge after dissemination. In addition, the community's attitude toward and acceptance of Cassamee were positive. Overall, this activity increased the community's understanding and awareness of the importance of food diversification based on local resources, thereby potentially supporting food security and economic independence in rural communities.

Skrining Lansia dan Pelatihan Caregiver Berbasis Academic Practice untuk Penguatan Layanan dan Kompetensi Mahasiswa di Griya Kasih Siloam Malang

Health services for older adults in residential care facilities require a holistic approach encompassing promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative aspects. At Griya Kasih Siloam Elderly Care Home in Malang, health services are still primarily focused on meeting basic needs and rely heavily on external healthcare partners, underscoring the need to strengthen services through the integration of healthcare delivery and nursing education. The integration of service and academic activities is also essential to enhance students’ competencies, particularly therapeutic communication skills that are responsive to the characteristics of older adults. This community service program aimed to improve promotive and preventive health services through collaboration between educational institutions and elderly care facilities. The activities included health examinations, training in dementia care for caregivers, student-led elderly companion visits involving group interventions such as music therapy and cognitive therapy, and evaluation and follow-up. The activities were conducted over four sessions involving 90 students, older adults, and caregivers at Griya Siloam. Pre-test and post-test results demonstrated an increase in caregivers’ knowledge (n = 5) regarding dementia care, with mean scores improving from 62.5 to 88.5. In addition, student survey results (n = 90) indicated an 82% improvement in understanding and therapeutic communication skills with older adults, particularly in empathy and communication clarity. This program suggests the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration involving nutrition, physiotherapy, and psychology to enrich interventions and ensure truly holistic services tailored to the needs of older adults.

Peningkatan Keterampilan Anggta OSIM Pesantren Darul Ilmi melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Surat Resmi

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan anggota OSIM Pesantren Darul Ilmi melalui pelatihan pembuatan surat resmi. Metode yang digunakan adalah koordinasi, pelaksanaan dan evalusasi .Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan surat resmi bagi anggota OSIM Pesantren Darul Ilmi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop selama dua hari. Peserta berjumlah 25 orang yang terdiri dari pengurus inti dan bidang-bidang OSIM. Pelatihan diawali dengan pre-test untuk mengukur pemahaman awal peserta mengenai format, bahasa, dan kelengkapan surat resmi. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta (72%) belum memahami komponen surat resmi dengan benar, terutama dalam hal penempatan nomor surat, penggunaan bahasa formal, serta kelengkapan lampiran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukankan bahwa keterampilan santri dalam membuat surat resmi meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan pembuatan surat resmi ini memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya pada peningkatan keterampilan individu anggota OSIM, tetapi juga pada penguatan tata kelola organisasi santri. Dengan kemampuan administrasi yang baik, OSIM Pesantren Darul Ilmi diharapkan mampu menjalankan perannya secara lebih efektif, profesional, dan akuntabel.

Pengenalan Refugia sebagai Pengendali Alami Hama pada Budidaya Padi Organik di Desa Ida Manggala Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan

Ida Manggala is one of the villages in Sungai Raya District where some residents cultivate rice and others practice organic rice cultivation. In organic rice cultivation, pest and disease control is carried out by natural methods, such as the use of natural enemies, crop rotation, and good cultivation techniques. One effort to increase the population of natural enemies is to plant refugia. Refugia are plants that are grown around or within rice fields to provide habitat for natural enemies of pests, such as predators and parasitoids. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the refugia system to Gapoktan partners in Ida Manggala Village and to provide training on the cultivation of several types of refugia plants to support sustainable organic rice farming. This activity is carried out through socialization, technical training, and direct practice of planting refugia around organic rice farmland owned by the village community. The conclusions obtained after this activity are as follows: (a) The knowledge and skills of rice farmers in the cultivation of refugia plants showed an increase after the implementation of the activity; (b) Participants' understanding of the benefits of refugia plants is getting better, accompanied by the ability to apply cultivation techniques that include proper land preparation, planting, and maintenance, so that it is expected to provide useful by-products.

Peningkatan Literasi Hak Cipta dan Kesiapan Monetisasi Konten Digital Siswa SMK Melalui Workshop Partisipatif

Digital content production in vocational schools is growing rapidly, but this has not been accompanied by an adequate understanding of copyright, the use of legal assets, and readiness for monetization. This situation has the potential to lead to copyright infringement and to hinder students' economic opportunities for creativity. This community service activity aims to improve copyright literacy, the application of legal elements in content production, and digital monetization readiness among students and teachers at SMKN 1, SMKN 7, and SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung through participatory workshops grounded in media production practices. The implementation method used a workshop approach with one-group pre-test post-test evaluation, supplemented by artifact analysis and observation of the production process to assess changes in students' knowledge and practices. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in all knowledge domains, with pre-test scores of 57.7–64.7 increasing to 89.1–94.0 and high effectiveness based on N-Gain (0.75–0.83). Analysis of the work shows that students are able to apply attribution more accurately, select legally licensed assets, compile metadata more systematically, and exercise greater caution when using third-party material. The direct benefits for partners include increased student competence in producing legally safe digital content that is better prepared for publication on digital platforms. Teachers also gain practical models for integrating into productive learning. This activity demonstrates that practice-based workshops are effective in strengthening the legal, technical, and digital economic readiness competencies of vocational students.

Digitalisasi Ruang Hidup Pesisir: Pemetaan Potensi dan Edukasi Infrastruktur Berbasis Komunitas di Kecamatan Mantang

Mantang district is a coastal area with various local resources and infrastructure that need to be systematically documented as a foundation for village development planning. To date, the villages in this area lack structured spatial data to support evidence-based planning processes. This community service program aims to produce digital thematic maps and spatial information media that can be utilized by village governments and schools for territorial management and educational activities. The implementation methods include coordination with partners, secondary data collection, field observations by the PKM team, and digital processing and mapping using mapping software. This program produced several key outputs, including coastal potential maps, basic village infrastructure maps, accessibility maps, and educational infographics compiled from field data and geospatial processing. All outputs have been handed over to the village government, the district office, and local schools as supporting materials for planning, documentation, and learning. The results indicate that digital mapping conducted by the PKM team is able to provide accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly spatial information to support capacity strengthening in spatial planning within the Mantang district.

Pemberdayaan Siswa SMK Bina Dharma Melalui Pembuatan Serbuk Effervescent sebagai Produk Kesehatan Berbasis Etnofarmasi

Vocational education that combines theory and practice has been proven to be effective in improving students' skills, particularly in preparing them for the challenges of the working world. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the materials and practices used in the production of effervescent moringa powder on students' understanding at SMK Bina Dharma Pratama. The research design used was quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study began with a pre-test to assess students' initial knowledge, followed by the provision of materials and practical training in the production of effervescent moringa powder. After the activities, the students were given a posttest to measure their increased understanding. The study's results showed an average score increase from 53.75 (pre-test) to 63.75 (post-test), or approximately 18.6%. This increase indicates a significant learning gain. Despite variations in student results, this finding suggests that practice-based learning can enhance students' technical skills and conceptual understanding in pharmacy. This study contributes to the development of educational methods that integrate theory and practice to enhance students' practical skills and to the implementation of experiential education in vocational training.

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Peningkatan Kapasitas dan Kualitas Produk Kue Tradisional Randupangan

Community service carried out in Randupadangan Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency stems from issues of low production capacity, poor product quality, and conventional marketing strategies in traditional cake businesses. Partner businesses, managed by local micro-entrepreneurs, face challenges due to limited production equipment, poor hygiene practices, and limited digital market penetration, requiring a structured intervention. This program is designed with a Participatory Learning and Action approach that actively involves partners in every stage of the activity, from problem identification to solution design to evaluation. Interventions are made through the procurement and use of Appropriate Technology, such as semi-automatic drying ovens and large-capacity deep fryers; training in hygienic production techniques; packaging improvements; and digital marketing training with social media and marketplace integration. The results of the activities show a 30% increase in production capacity, a 30% increase in business assets, and a 60% increase in partner skills in operating tools, production strategies, and digital marketing, accompanied by a 20% increase in online sales. These achievements not only improve process efficiency and product quality but also strengthen the competitiveness of partner businesses by enhancing brand identity and expanding market access. This program demonstrates that integrating appropriate technology and participatory digital strategies can serve as a sustainable empowerment model for traditional culinary MSMEs, though the limitations of mentoring time and the scope of product diversification remain challenges to be addressed in future community service.

Pelatihan Pembelajaran Tematik Terintegrasi dengan Karakter Melalui Lagu dan Aransemen bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Adiwerna

Elementary school teachers often face limitations in developing character-integrated thematic learning using creative media, particularly self-composed songs and musical arrangements. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in designing character-integrated, theme-based learning through songs and musical arrangements at Budi Mulia Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Adiwerna. The program employed socialization, counseling sessions, workshops on writing thematic song lyrics, hands-on musical arrangement training using free software, and mentoring. The participants consisted of 8 elementary school teachers. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-activity response questionnaires and product assessment. The results indicated an 83% increase in teachers’ understanding of character-integrated thematic learning, a 78% improvement in song lyric composition skills, and a 72% increase in basic musical arrangement skills. Teachers also produced sample songs and arrangements applicable to lower-grade classrooms. This program strengthens teachers’ capacity to develop innovative and sustainable learning media.

Penguatan Pelatihan Penyelenggaraan Jenazah Berdasarkan Pedoman Tarjih Muhammadiyah pada Majelis Taklim Nurul Qalbi Kelurahan Pengkase Oeleta Kecamatan Alak Kota Kupang

This Community Service Program (PKM) for funeral arrangements was conducted by the Muhammadiyah University of Kupang Community Service Team at the Nurul Qalbi Taklim Assembly, Alak District, Kupang City. This training provided members of the Taklim Assembly with insight into funeral arrangements according to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, supported by the Tarjih Muhammadiyah guidelines. The methods used in this training were lectures, practice of funeral arrangements, and videos of funeral arrangements by Tarjih Muhammadiyah. This training activity had a positive impact on the knowledge and experience of the Taklim Assembly members regarding funeral arrangements, in line with the demands of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as outlined in the Tarjih Muhammadiyah decision. Overall, this funeral arrangement training activity was deemed successful against the planned target. The activity had 20 participants out of a total of 30 members of the Taklim Assembly; this demonstrates motivation and enthusiasm to understand the material presented. Participants followed the training activities well, the stages of the funeral arrangement training from beginning to end.

Implementasi Modul Kesadaran Diri Emosional dan Spiritual untuk Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Pasien Hipertensi di Kelurahan Ditotrunan Lumajang

The priority health problem in Ditotrunan Village, Lumajang Regency, is the high prevalence of unmanaged hypertension. This condition causes degenerative diseases such as heart disease and stroke, which significantly reduce the community’s quality of life. Unhealthy lifestyles, including smoking, consuming foods high in salt and fat, and a lack of physical activity, further aggravate hypertension. Many residents also lack understanding of the importance of stress management and emotional and spiritual awareness in controlling blood pressure. Therefore, an emotional and spiritual self-awareness module was implemented as an intervention. The implementation involved delivering educational materials, training health cadres to use sphygmomanometers, and quantitatively monitoring the outcomes of the counseling sessions. The results showed an improvement in residents’ knowledge, increasing from an average score of 55.3 to 72.22. This community service program proved effective in enhancing public awareness of the role of emotional and spiritual self-awareness in managing hypertension.

Pendampingan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Strategi Pemasaran Digital untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Tenun Ndao

This Community Empowerment Partnership aims to improve the competitiveness of Ndao woven products through financial management assistance and digital marketing strategies in Mbali Lendeiki Village, Ndao Nuse District, Rote Ndao Regency, home to 26 weavers, all of whom are housewives. The challenges faced by the group include limited working capital for expanding the weaving business, low financial literacy, and conventional marketing practices for weaving. To address these issues, the team, with grant funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, implemented an integrated and participatory approach through four main strategies: providing raw materials for weaving production, conducting outreach and training, providing bookkeeping assistance using Microsoft Excel, and creating Shopee e-commerce accounts for Ndao weavers. The evaluation results of the PKM implementation showed that 80.8% of weaving members found the financial training beneficial, and 73.1% considered digital marketing relevant. However, only 26.9% of weaving members were willing to implement bookkeeping, and 34.6% were ready to sell weaving products digitally. The findings from this PKM indicate the need for ongoing mentoring to enhance the Ndao weaving group's competitiveness.

Training on the Implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System for Micro and Small Enterprises to Increase Their Intention to Obtain Halal Certification

The Administrative District of Kepulauan Seribu, despite being located within the Special Capital Region (DKI) of Jakarta, has a lagging economy compared to other administrative regions of Jakarta. In fact, Kepulauan Seribu has significant development potential, particularly in tourism, fisheries, and food processing. Currently, 90% of businesses in Kepulauan Seribu are Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). These enterprises have significant potential to grow in line with the region’s own resources and opportunities. On the other hand, the national administration has mandated halal certification for food and beverage products, effective October 17, 2024. This requirement will also extend to MSMEs’ food and beverage products, effective from October 17, 2026. Furthermore, the government, through the Ministry of Tourism, is actively promoting halal tourism, aiming to position Indonesia as a global leader in the sector. Therefore, training on the Halal Product Assurance System is considered essential to strengthen the economy of Kepulauan Seribu by preparing its MSMEs to register for halal certification. Following Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior, the training emphasized positive attitudes and subjective norms and aimed to lower perceived behavioral control. The study shows that the training led to a high intention to apply for halal certification.

Pengolahan Limbah Cair Tahu Menjadi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) untuk Pertanian Berkelanjutan Desa Kunir Kidul Kabupaten Lumajang

The tofu industry is one of the soybean-based food processing sectors that generates liquid waste with high organic content. Kunir Kidul Village in Lumajang Regency is one of the centers of small-scale household tofu production, where most producers still lack adequate waste management systems. This community service program aims to improve local residents’ knowledge and skills in processing tofu wastewater into liquid organic fertilizer through fermentation with effective microorganisms (EM). The activities were carried out through stages of socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation, involving tofu MSME owners and local farmer groups. Liquid organic fertilizer was produced by mixing tofu wastewater, molasses, EM-4, rice-washing water, and additional organic materials, then fermenting for 14–15 days using an airlock system. The fermentation process produced a dark-brown liquid fertilizer with a fresh aroma and a pH of 4.5–6.5. The resulting product can be applied to plants by soil drenching or foliar spraying and has been proven to enhance the vegetative growth of chili and mustard plants. This activity not only reduces the potential for environmental pollution but also creates new business opportunities based on a circular economy model, supporting the implementation of sustainable agriculture and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level. Furthermore, the program contributes to achieving the SDGs, particularly SDG 2 through increased agricultural productivity, SDG 6 through reduced liquid waste pollution, SDG 8 through the creation of new economic opportunities, SDG 12 through the implementation of circular economy practices, and SDG 13 through reduced dependence on chemical fertilizers.
