<p><em>The wedding procession ceremony in the culture of the Navel village is one of the cultural products. Currently, the ceremony is still taking place in the village and is carried out by the people of West Baturaja District in the village of Pusar as one of the socio-cultural aspects. This study aims to (1) describe the wedding ceremony of the village of Pusar and, (2) analyze the local wisdom contained in the wedding ceremony of the village of Pusar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With the research subject, namely OKU Regency in the village of Navel. The problem of this study is the symbolic meaning in the wedding procession with the sacrifice, the slaughter of black goats in the village of Pusar, West Baturaja sub-district. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the culture of marriage processions with sacrifices, the slaughter of scapegoats was started and created from an idea, an idea that is meaningful and has its own meaning for the people of the Baturaja sub-district, especially in Pusar Village.</em></p>Deany Afriany

<p>The dynastic political network pattern is a series of human politics for acquire power but it is on his side by inheritance power that has been held over other people who have ties of power with previous power holders. Based on this, the study This research aims to determine the pattern of political network formation dynasty and the impact it had on the political behavior of the village community Red Eyes, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency. This research uses qualitative methods to describe and explains the pattern of formation of dynastic political networks and their impacts impact on political behavior. Data collection techniques used includes observations, interviews and documentaries. The research results show that the political network pattern of the head dynasty villages in Merah Mata Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency include 1) Capital Economy: The Red Mata Village Chief has stable economic capital, however has a familial relationship with the previous village head so belonging to dynastic politics, 2) Cultural Capital: Character and competence The Red Eye Village Head is much more important because it has an impact on the process decision making and benchmarks for action, 3) Social Capital: Head Merah Mata Village has good social capital, which can be seen in its role in creating and participating in community activities, and 4) Capital Symbolic: The Head of Merah Mata Village has classified symbolic capital lacking, but he was able to improve the welfare of his people. As for the impact arising from the political dynasty in Merah Mata Village, namely restrictions opportunities for other people who are more worthy to occupy positions as Head of Red Eye Village.</p>M. <p><em>Analysis of the Influence of Principal Leadership and Innovative Behavior on the Performance of Certified Educator Teachers (Study at Junior High Schools in East Kotawaringin Regency).This research studies the leadership style of school principals and the innovative behavior of teachers with the aim of determining their influence on teacher performance. The research method was carried out by testing primary data using PLS-SEM tools with a total of 100 respondents spread across East Kotawaringin Regency. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistics and PLS-SEM inner and outer model testing.The results of this research show that the principal's leadership has a p-value of 0.02, which means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Innovative behavior has a p-value of 0.01, which means innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The low R2 value of 14.7% in the research is expected to be able to be tested with other variables outside the research.</em></p>Muhammad Ikram Muhajir

<p>Penelitian mempelajari dimensi kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati terhadap kepuasan pelayanan masyarakat. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian data primer menggunakan alat PLS-SEM dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang yang tersebar di Kecamatan Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan pengujian inner and outer model PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bukti fisik dan keandalan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, daya tanggap berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.</p>Sab Maretiana

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p> <p><em>The purpose of the study of Nonverbal Communication in Mandau Dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan is to understand non-verbal communication in Mandau dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan seen from the Lasswell communication model and to find out students' understanding of non-verbal messages in Mandau dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan. The research approach used is qualitative research with the type of phenomenology. The research instruments used interviews and documentation. The interview instrument used Laswell's communication theory. The analysis was carried out by a) procedure stage; b) Horizonalisation procedure; and c) Cluster of Meaning procedure (textural description, structural description, essence description stage; and report. The data validity test in this study was carried out by testing credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Based on the results of the research, non-verbal communication in the Mandau dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan is seen from the Lasswell communication model. Laswell's communication aspects: (a) Who: dancers; (b) Says What: conveys messages of spirituality, courage, or balance; (c) Through What Channel (In What Channel): in mandua dance; (d) To Whom: mandau dance audience; and (e) With What Effect: allows the audience to absorb and reflect on the messages conveyed and apply an attitude of courage and perseverance. Students' understanding of non-verbal messages in the Mandau dance of the Central Kalimantan Dayak tribe is very good because students understand that the mandau dance is not just a beautiful movement. <p><em>This research aims to see the picture of public services before and after the existence of application-based services. The presence of the PAHARI Application is intended so that the performance of Village Government Apparatus can provide integrated, integrated, standardized and comprehensive administrative services in realizing excellent service. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects namely the PMDes Service as the initiator of the application, the Government Section of the Regional Secretariat as the developer of the application and the Village Government Apparatus as the research object as the provider of services to the community in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research are that the PAHARI Application can improve the performance of Village Government Apparatus in providing maximum administrative services and can be resolved by developing the PAHARI Application which is innovative, advanced, just and prosperous.</em></p>Muhammad Irvan Yazid Azhar Pasaribu
