Abstract
The purpose of this community service is to apply production technology, specifically a hygiene drying machine, to the Davia Mocaf Flour Business in Majalangu Village, Watukumpul. Through this activity, the Davia Mocaf flour production process will be optimized. This community service activity began with the planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation, and mentoring stages. The community service participants in this activity numbered 10, consisting of 4 men and 6 women. Participants were trained to operate the equipment, a dryer. Initially, the implementation team provided a tutorial from starting the machine to turning it off. The training process carried out shows that participants have increased their knowledge and understanding. Through this training, it is hoped that participants will be more enthusiastic about managing the products made in accordance with the teachings.
