Gambaran Pemeriksaan Protein Urine Pada Ibu Hamil Di Uptd Puskesmas Kayon Kota Palangka Raya Periode Januari – April Tahun 2025

Abstract
Pregnancy is a physiological process that is vulnerable to various complications, one of which is preeclampsia, characterized by hypertension and proteinuria. Urine protein testing is an important method for the early detection of preeclampsia in pregnant women. This study aims to describe the results of urine protein tests among pregnant women at the UPTD Kayon Health Center, Palangka Raya City, during the period from January to April 2025. A descriptive research method was used with a total sampling approach, involving 47 pregnant women who underwent laboratory examinations. The results showed that 29 women (61.7%) had negative proteinuria results, 16 women (34%) had a result of +1, and 2 women (4.3%) had a result of +2. No test results showed +3 or +4 proteinuria levels. The study concludes that most of the pregnant women had normal blood pressure and normal urine protein levels
