Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: Untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja guru SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan. Untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh evaluasi kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan.

   Evaluasi kinerja guru SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu satu tahun berjalan oleh kepala sekolah. Motivasi belajar siswa SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari keaktifan siswa untuk mengikuti proses belajar mengajar di kelas, selain itu juga dari hasil ulangan yang semakin membaik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah penulis laksanakan ternyata terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara evaluasi kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan. Bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan pengaruh evaluasi kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMPN Satu Atap 5 Dusun Selatan Kabupaten Barito Selatan adalah sebesar 0,703, hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat korelasi yang cukup signifikan dan bernilai positif antara evaluasi kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
