Motivasi Orang Tua: Faktor Utama dalam Meningkatkan Kesiapan Belajar Siswa

Abstract
Motivasi orang tua memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi orang tua serta dampaknya terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa di sekolah dasar. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei yang melibatkan 150 orang tua siswa dari berbagai sekolah dasar di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi orang tua yang tinggi berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kesiapan belajar siswa, terutama dalam aspek kedisiplinan, minat belajar, dan keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah. Kesimpulannya, intervensi yang melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi para pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan pendidikan untuk lebih memperhatikan peran orang tua dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa.
