Abstract

E-rapor merupakan program pemerintah dalam pengembangan penilaian berbasis komputer yang dilaksanakan oleh guru. Menurut  beberapa peneliti, e-Rapor bermanfaat dalam membantu guru dan wali kelas dalam mengelola nilai rapor dan lebih memudahkan dalam menyiratkan kemampuan siswa yang tidak hanya dalam bentuk angka tetapi juga dalam bentuk deskripsi. Penulisan best practise ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi komputer pengisian e-Rapor di SDN 1 Sungai Besar Kota Banjarbaru. Subjek yang digunakan dalam best practise ini adalah guru di SDN 1 Sungai Besar sebanyak enam belas orang. Sebelum diadakannya pelatihan program e-Rapor, hanya empat orang guru yang mampu mengaplikasikan e-Rapor. Setelah diadakannya pelatihan, jumlah guru yang kompeten dalam menggunakan aplikasi e-Rapor bertambah delapan orang sehingga total guru yang sudah mampu menguasai e-Rapor menjadi dua belas orang.
