Starting Volume 13. No. 1, change in publication frequency from six months (2 issues per year in June and December) to four months (3 issues per year in February, June, October).

Changes to new article templates

Starting with Volume 3 No. 1 of 2026, there will be revisions to the article template with the inclusion of CC-BY-SA 4.0 Open Access information components in each article.

Peer Review Time

Articles that have been submitted and are undergoing review must be responded to and revised by the author no later than 30 days after being accepted. If this deadline is exceeded, the article will be included in the next volume or issue.
