Abstract
Ensuring consistent product quality is a vital component of quality management, directly influencing customer satisfaction. Kaffa Indonesia, an SME based in Bandung, produces a range of Muslim apparel. As the business grows, the company faces challenges in consistently meeting customer expectations. Manual quality control processes often lead to product defects or deviations from established standards, highlighting weaknesses in production quality control. These deficiencies can diminish customer satisfaction and harm the company's reputation. To address these issues, the adoption of a structured Quality Management System (QMS) such as ISO 9001:2015 is proposed. ISO 9001:2015 provides a systematic framework for maintaining and improving product quality while aligning with customer expectations and industry standards. This program aims to support Kaffa Indonesia in understanding and implementing an ISO 9001:2015-based QMS. This aligns with SDG 9, which supports sustainable industrialization in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. The research employs SWOT and gap analyses to identify operational gaps and develop a quality manual. Key deliverables include standardized procedures for internal quality audits, document control, management reviews, research and development (R&D), procurement, production processes, and finished goods handling. By implementing these measures, Kaffa Indonesia can enhance operational efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen its market position both domestically and internationally.
