Abstract
Village cooperatives play an important role in strengthening community economies by managing collective businesses and empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, weak cooperative institutions, limited managerial capacity, and low digital literacy remain challenges in rural economic development. This community service program aimed to provide mentoring for strengthening the institutional capacity of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative through cooperative management and business digitalization in Bunggalo Village, Talaga Jaya District, Gorontalo Regency. The program was implemented through several stages, including preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Training activities were conducted through interactive lectures, discussions, and workshops, while mentoring focused on cooperative administrative management and on the use of digital media to market MSME products. The results showed an improvement in the understanding of cooperative institutional management among cooperative administrators and MSME actors, as well as in the use of digital technology for product promotion. The program indicates that integrating cooperative institutional strengthening with business digitalization can support the improvement of rural community economic capacity.
