Main Article Content
Abstract
Stunting remains a significant public health problem in Jember Regency and impacts the long-term quality of human resources. Efforts to accelerate stunting reduction require active community involvement, strengthening the capacity of health cadres through local organizations. This community service activity aims to empower 'Aisyiyah' cadres through inter-branch synergy as a strategy to accelerate stunting reduction in Jember Regency. Implementation methods include stunting outreach, training in early detection and prevention of stunting, strengthening the role of cadres in family education, and establishing networks and collaboration between 'Aisyiyah' branches. The approach used is participatory, emphasizing the empowerment of cadres as agents of change at the family and community levels. The results of the activity indicate an increase in cadre knowledge and skills in early stunting detection, improved coordination and synergy between branches, and a strengthening of 'Aisyiyah's role in supporting programs to accelerate stunting reduction at the village and sub-district levels. This activity contributes to increasing public awareness of stunting prevention and strengthens the empowerment model of cadres based on women's organizations. This program is expected to become a model for replicating community service through organizational synergy to support sustainable health development.
