Abstract
Technological developments help meet human needs that UMKM must utilize, but some UMKM still face challenges in innovation, branding, and digital marketing. The purpose of this community service program is to provide training for UMKM in Tarumajaya Village, Kertasari District. By utilizing Chat GPT "prompt" and the use of Canva, the target can create promotional designs and promotional content in an effort to increase promotions through marketing on social media and E-commerce. The Community Service program benefits UMKM participants by improving their skills in using ChatGPT and Canva, making promotional content easy to understand and use. So that all participants can develop the basics of marketing, promotion, and branding from the use of Chat GPT and Canva.
