Abstract
Sea conditions with large waves in the coastal area of Mojomulyo Village, Puger District, can disrupt local fishermen's livelihoods. Waves reaching 2-4 meters can damage ships and increase the risk of accidents among fishermen. In connection with this incident, it is necessary to take preventive measures to minimize accidents and damage by planting mangrove trees on the coast of Mojomulyo Village, Puger. This community service is carried out in partnership with SMPN 3 Puger. Socialization is needed to educate partners on the importance of planting mangrove trees to help hold back sea currents and prevent ship accidents. The methods to be carried out in this community service include the pre-activity stage, including preparation and purchasing the required materials. Furthermore, the community service activity stage consists of a pre-test, a socialization stage, and a post-test, along with planting training for the Mangrove tree planting process. This community service activity ends with an evaluation every month. The success of this community service activity is evident in the 13.57% increase in the partner's understanding, as measured by comparing post-test and pre-test scores.
