Analisis Dampak Transformasi Digital terhadap Kesiapan Guru dalam Mengintegrasikan Teknologi Pembelajaran di Daerah 3T

Abstract





Transformasi digital pendidikan merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Namun, implementasinya di daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar (3T) masih menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan, terutama pada aspek infrastruktur dan kesiapan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi digital terhadap kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pembelajaran di daerah 3T Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-eksplanatori. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 61 guru yang mengajar di wilayah 3T serta didukung dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap satu orang guru sebagai data pendukung. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner berskala Likert lima tingkat yang disusun berdasarkan kerangka Technology Readiness Theory dan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pembelajaran, meskipun pemanfaatannya belum berlangsung secara optimal akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur dan dukungan kelembagaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital pendidikan di daerah 3T memerlukan penguatan kesiapan guru dan kesiapan ekosistem pendidikan secara terpadu.
