Moral Insight Training Berbasis Belom Bahadat dan Rasionalisasi Moral untuk Menumbuhkan Pola Pikir Antikorupsi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas Pelatihan Moral Insight berbasis nilai Belom Bahadat dalam meningkatkan pola pikir antikorupsi mahasiswa serta menilai peran rasionalisasi moral sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen faktorial 2 × 2 dengan pendekatan pretest–posttest control group terhadap 50 mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Attitudes Toward Corruption Scale dan Moral Disengagement Scale, yang dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA faktorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis nilai Belom Bahadat secara signifikan meningkatkan pola pikir antikorupsi mahasiswa dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Rasionalisasi moral tidak menunjukkan pengaruh utama yang signifikan, dan tidak ditemukan efek interaksi antara pelatihan dan tingkat rasionalisasi moral. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan moral berbasis kearifan lokal efektif memperkuat kesadaran etis mahasiswa secara merata, terlepas dari perbedaan kecenderungan rasionalisasi moral, serta relevan untuk pengembangan pendidikan antikorupsi di perguruan tinggi.
