Latihan Relaksasi Untuk Mengurangi Gejala Insomnia

Kekurangan tidur dapat menyebabkan gangguan mood, emosi, konsentrasi dan menimbulkan malas. Latihan relaksasi dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi gejala insomnia, terapi ini merupakan bentuk terapi psikologis yang mendasarkan pada teori-teori behavioris. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa UM Palangkaraya. Jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi ini dapat menurunkan gejala insomnia, yang ditandai menurunnya tingkat ketegangan di saat akan maupun setelah tidur,saat terbangun pikiran menjadi lebih segar. Subjek mampu melaksanakan latihan relaksasi secara mandiri.
