Abstract
Business feasibility counseling is a strategic step in supporting village economic independence through strengthening the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This activity was conducted in Labean Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency, involving BUMDes Sejahtera Bersama Abadi and the local village community as active participants. The primary objective of the activity is to provide an understanding and practical skills in compiling a business feasibility study that encompasses market, technical, financial, socio-economic, and environmental aspects. The method employed is a participatory approach, utilizing local case studies, which enables participants to analyze potential business units within their villages directly. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the importance of eligibility-based business planning, as well as encouraging the development of a follow-up plan for village business units, particularly in the water tourism service sector. This activity is expected to be the starting point of a continuous mentoring process aimed at building healthy, competitive, and contributing to the welfare of the village community.
