Abstract
The Riang Jaya farmer group empowerment program in Bukit Batu District aims to improve farmers' welfare by strengthening institutional capacity, improving administrative management, and applying appropriate agricultural technologies. The program also includes establishing an efficient collective marketing system, which will strengthen farmers' bargaining positions and increase production yields. To support sustainability, it is recommended that there be continuous training, the application of digital technologies for administration and marketing, and stronger partnerships with external institutions. The development of local infrastructure is also needed to support the distribution of agricultural products. With these steps, the program is expected to create independent, professional, and sustainable farmer groups and to improve farmers' long-term welfare.
