Abstract
This community service program focuses on the issues of low competency among teachers at SDN 7 Pahandut in utilizing digital technology for dance education, as well as the limited availability of interactive learning materials. This initiative aims to integrate digital media into the teaching of Central Kalimantan Dayak creative dance through training, mentoring, and classroom implementation. The solutions provided include outreach on the use of digital media, training in the creation of learning materials such as dance movement tutorial videos, learning modules, and accompanying music, as well as their application in the learning process. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through the stages of needs identification, design, media development, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers’ digital competencies, as indicated by a rise in pre-test to post-test scores of approximately 31 points (from 52.6 to 83.6). Additionally, the project produced outputs such as digital-based dance learning modules, video tutorials of various dance movements, and videos of Dayak creative dance that can be used sustainably. This program also increased student engagement in learning. Thus, this activity effectively improved the quality of technology-based arts education and has the potential to be replicated in other elementary schools.
