Abstract

The success of education in Indonesian schools abroad depends heavily on teachers' ethical competence and professionalism in addressing multicultural challenges. Teachers are not only required to master the learning materials but must also be role models in their behavior and in adapting to local values without losing their identity as Indonesian educators. This service aims to strengthen the ethical literacy and professionalism of gamification-based teachers and improve teachers' skills in developing digital teaching materials. This service was carried out at the Qur'an Education of KMIB Germany. The service method is carried out through three activities, namely: teacher ethics and professionalism training, the practice of making digital teaching media, and learning assistance. The results of this service have improved ethical literacy, professionalism, and teachers' skills in developing digital teaching materials at TPA KMIB, as well as creating interactive, contextual, and spiritually valuable learning of the Qur'an. This activity is a model for implementing teacher development that is adaptive to the challenges of Islamic education in the diaspora, integrating professionalism, pedagogical innovation, and moral values in a balanced manner.
