The main purpose of this activity is to strengthen teachers' competence in managing learning oriented to students' needs and to deepen their understanding of the design and development of assessments in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This service method uses the workshop method, answer discussion, and Mentoring. The participants of this service activity were 56 State Elementary School Teachers in Wajak District, Malang Regency. The results of the Service showed an increase in the average score from 78.75 to 87.68, accompanied by a decrease in the standard deviation, indicating a more uniform distribution of competency improvement among teachers.
