Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji penyusunan Satuan Standar Harga (SSH) dalam proses perencanaan anggaran Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum adanya Peraturan Gubernur sebagai pedoman khusus, yang menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan dan inefisiensi dalam input anggaran oleh perangkat daerah.
