Karakterisasi Gugus Fungsi dan Pemanfaatan Ekstrak Camellia Sinensis Sebagai Obat Diuretik Serta Media Kontras pada Pemeriksaan Sinar-X Diagnostik CT Scan Stonografi Characterization of Functional Groups and Utilization of Camellia Sinensis Extract as a Diuretik Drug and Contrast Media in CT Scan Stongraphy Diagnostic X-Ray Examinations

Abstract
CT Scan Stonografi merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan diagnostik untuk mengevaluasi secara komprehensif fungsi saluran kemih seperti ginjal, ureter dan kelainan kongenital lain pada ginjal. Teh hitam (Camellia sinensis) digunakan sebagai media kontras negatif oral untuk mendapatkan citra CT Scan Stonografi yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakterisasi gugus fungsi dan pemanfaatan teh hitam dalam pemeriksaan CT Scan Stonografi. Karakterisasi gugus fungsi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) dan dilanjutkan dengan penelitian di RS Wava Husada untuk pemanfaatan Camellia sinensis sebagai obat diuretik dan media kontras pada teknik radiografi CT Scan Stonografi. Berdasarkan hasil Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) dapat diketahui bahwa senyawa yang berperan sebagai obat diuretik dan media kontras pada pemeriksaan CT Scan Stonografi adalah kafein. Spektrum FTIR kafein dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan dua pita karakteristik pada daerah 1613,05 cm-1 dan 1728,57 cm-1. Kafein dapat mempercepat pasien merasakan buang air kecil serta kandungan dalam teh ini dapat membuat gambar terlihat lebih opack. hal ini dapat membantu memvisualisasikan organ-organ yang akan dinilai pada pemeriksaan CT Scan Stonografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, pasien yang meminum seduhan teh hitam sebanyak 600 ml didapatkan nilai densitas vesica urinaria -23,63 HU.
