Evaluasi Pelayanan Resep: Kelengkapan Etiket di Puskesmas Menteng Kota Palangka Raya Evaluation of Prescription Services: Medication Etiketing at Puskesmas Menteng Palangka Raya

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services at Community Health Centers refer to the Minister of Health Regulation Number 74 of 2016. As part of pharmaceutical services, prescription services at Community Health Centers must be carried out optimally, including writing drug labels that serve as a source of information for patients in the proper and safe use of drugs. Etikets play a role in improving patient understanding and supporting the success of therapy. Medication etiketing in the study was evaluated based on the components available on the etiket. This study aims to evaluate the completeness of drug etikets as part of pharmaceutical services at Community Health Centers. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a prospective approach. The number of samples used in this study was 385, determined based on the Cochran formula using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a data collection sheet in the form of a checklist. Calculations were based on scoring with a value of 1 and 0 and the final result was a percentage. The results of the study showed that drug etiket components such as patient name, instructions for use, type of drug preparation, drug name, and drug information were 100% fulfilled, while the date of writing of the label was only fulfilled by 44%. From these results, it can be concluded that only 44% of labels were complete.
