Abstract

Remaja putri merupakan kelompok yang memiliki risiko lebih besar mengalami anemia. Percepatan pertumbuhan, perkembangan, perubahan hormonal, tidak adekuatnya asupan zat besi makanan, malnutrisi dan menstruasi adalah penyebab rendahnya kadar hemoglobin (Hb) pada remaja putri. Anemia pada remaja putri memiliki konsekuensi yang serius dikaitkan dengan gangguan fisik, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kognitif remaja putri, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis korelasi lama mentruasi, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), lingkar lengan atas (LILA) dan pengetahuan dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) pada remaja putri di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 97 responden remaja putri dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat kemudian analisis bivariat menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan ada korelasi bermakna lama menstruasi (p=0,000; r=-0,716), indeks massa tubuh (IMT) (p=0,000; r=0,512), lingkar lengan atas (LILA) (p=0,000; r=0,444) dan pengetahuan (p=0,001; r=0,319) dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada korelasi bermakna lama menstruasi, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), lingkar lengan atas (LILA) dan pengetahuan dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) pada remaja putri di Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Palangka Raya.
