Teknik Pemeriksaan CT Angiography Run Off pada Kasus Diabet Foot dengan Teknik Monofase Injeksi di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat CT Angiography Run Off Examination Tehnique for Diabetic Cases Using Monophasic Injection at the Radiology Department of the Regional General Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province

Abstract
Diabetic foot adalah komplikasi serius dari Diabetes Melitus yang dapat menyebabkan oklusi vaskular dan memerlukan pencitraan yang tepat untuk manajemen yang efektif. CT Angiography Run Off (CTA Run Off) merupakan teknik pencitraan non-invasif yang digunakan untuk menilai kondisi vaskular pada pasien dengan diabetic foot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan teknik injeksi monofase pada pemeriksaan CTA Run Off di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Provinsi NTB, dengan fokus pada efisiensi prosedur dan akurasi diagnostik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Juli 2024 melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan tiga radiografer, tiga dokter radiologi, dan satu dokter pengirim pasien. Teknik injeksi monofase diterapkan pada pemeriksaan CTA Run Off menggunakan MSCT Philips 128 slice dengan parameter yang telah distandardisasi, termasuk tegangan tabung 120 kV, flowrate 4 ml/s, dan volume media kontras 120 ml. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik injeksi monofase memberikan visualisasi yang jelas dan lengkap dari struktur vaskular mulai dari pelvis hingga ekstremitas distal. Temuan utama meliputi deteksi aterosklerosis, trombosis arteri, dan stenosis multipel, yang konsisten dengan komplikasi vaskular pada diabetic foot. Teknik ini terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kompleksitas prosedur dan durasi waktu pemeriksaan, serta mempertahankan akurasi diagnostik yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik injeksi monofase pada CTA Run Off merupakan pendekatan yang efisien dan efektif untuk evaluasi diabetic foot di fasilitas kesehatan dengan sumber daya terbatas. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan sampel yang lebih besar dan pengaturan multisenter diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi temuan ini dan mengeksplorasi aplikasi teknik ini di berbagai setting klinis.
