Editors accept submissions of well-prepared manuscripts not published in other publications. The manuscript format and requirements are listed on the back cover page. Incoming manuscripts will be evaluated and edited for the uniformity of formats, terms, and other writing procedures.

All manuscripts will be reviewed by the double-blind method by our selective reviewer.

All articles are published in open access and free access.
