Peningkatan Kompetensi Pemasaran Produk Inovasi melalui Workshop Partisipatif Berbasis Digital di SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya

Abstract
Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam strategi pemasaran produk inovasi melalui workshop yang diadakan pada 10 April 2026 di SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 25 siswa jurusan meubeler, 15 pelaku UMKM sebagai mitra praktik, dan 5 guru pendamping. Workshop partisipatif dan aplikatif digunakan, dengan materi dibagikan, diskusi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi angket, wawancara, observasi, dan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 58 pada pre-test menjadi 82 pada post-test, atau meningkat sebesar 41,4%. Selain itu, sebanyak 80% kelompok mampu menyusun strategi pemasaran dengan kategori baik, dan 76% siswa berhasil membuat konten promosi yang layak. Tingkat partisipasi peserta mencapai 85% aktif, dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 88% sangat puas dan 92% menyatakan kegiatan sangat bermanfaat. Umpan balik dari pelaku UMKM menunjukkan bahwa 87% strategi yang disusun siswa dinilai relevan dengan kondisi pasar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemasaran siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan pendekatan workshop berbasis praktik dan kerja sama. Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan ini akan membantu meningkatkan kewirausahaan di sekolah vokasi dan berfungsi sebagai model untuk program serupa di masa mendatang.
