Archiving Policy
Borneo Journal of Pharmacy conducted archive preservation through the Indonesia OneSearch service from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia and GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Also, the Borneo Journal of Pharmacy archives galley documents on the Internet Archive via the Internet Archive Scholar service. Create a distributed archiving system between the participating libraries and allow them to create permanent journal archives for preservation and restoration purposes. Archive preservation is done so that all published documents have alternative access in the future if there is a disturbance on the journal website, making articles inaccessible. Authors can also save all versions of their work (submitted version, accepted version, and version of record) in their institutional repository or another repository of their choice, such as arXiv, bioRxiv, Figshare, or Zenodo, without embargo.
The Borneo Journal of Pharmacy keeps the complete, exact digital version of each paper published in a nearby state-of-the-art facility. The current format standards keep Most files in both XML and PDF. Website archiving the electronic information for the Borneo Journal of Pharmacy (including the website and manuscripts) is kept on two separate sources. Readers can access content that is online on one server. One more source retains backup copies of the same content. Any other sources can be brought online in the event of server failure, and the website is expected to be accessible within 24-72 hours.
Borneo Journal of Pharmacy intends to publish its journal for a very long time and anticipates doing so. The journal's articles will be stored online and available to readers for at least another 10 years if we are forced to stop publishing them owing to a rare, catastrophic scenario.
