From February 2020 onwards, the Borneo Journal of Pharmacy is published four times a year: at the end of each month in February (Issue 1), May (Issue 2), August (Issue 3), and November (Issue 4).

The Borneo Journal of Pharmacy publishes 40 articles divided into four issues every year.

Additional issues may be published for special events (e.g., conferences) and when special themes are addressed.
